fa پایش کیفی نظرات دانشجویان و دستیاران دانشکده داروسازی تهران درباره تحقیقات علوم دارویی در ایران پژوهشی Original <p><strong>مقدمه:</strong> تدوین برنامه‌ای جامع برای تحقیقات علوم دارویی به منظور استفاده بهینه از بودجه‌های پژوهشی و جلوگیری از اتلاف سرمایه‌های ملی یکی از رسالت‌های عمده سیستم تحقیقات سلامت یک کشور می‌باشد. هدف از تحقیق دستیابی به نظرات دانشجویان و دستیاران دانشکده داروسازی تهران در زمینه: لزوم تحقیقات علوم دارویی در ایران و اولویت نوع تحقیقات، موانع و مشکلات پیرامون تحقیقات علوم دارویی در کشور، نقاط قوت و فرصت در تحقیقات مذکور و نقش تحقیقات در کیفیت و آینده شغلی دانشجویان داروسازی جهت بازخورد نظرات آنان در تدوین برنامه راهبردی تحقیقات علوم دارویی در کشور بود.</p><p><strong>روش کار:</strong> این پژوهش یک مطالعه کیفی است که به روش بحث گروهی متمرکز در سال 1382، به مدت 4 ماه و و بر روی 2 گروه 6 تا 10 نفری از دانشجویان داروسازی و دو گروه 6 تا 10 نفری از دستیاران داروسازی در مرکز ملی تحقیقات علوم پزشکی کشور انجام گرفت.</p><p><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> یافته‌ها نشان داد که تقریباًَ همه افراد شرکت‌کننده در این مطالعه بر لزوم تحقیقات در زمینه علوم دارویی تأکید دارند و اولویت را با تحقیقات کاربردی متناسب با نیاز کشور می‌دانند. قوانین غیرقابل انعطاف برای تخصیص بودجه‌های تحقیقاتی، توزیع نامتناسب منابع و عدم تخصیص منابع در زمان‌های مقتضی، ضعف و ناکارآمدی مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی تحقیقات، فقدان فرهنگ و اخلاق پژوهش، کمبود متخصصین کارا، ضعف در همکاری بین بخشی و انجام کار گروهی و ارتباط میان دانشگاه و صنعت، نبود نظام ثبت تحقیقات ، ضعف انگیزش، عدم همکاری‌های بین‌بخشی، ضعف نظام ارزشیابی تحقیقات و محققین علوم دارویی به عنوان موانع و مشکلات عمده موجود بر سر راه تحقیقات علوم دارویی بیان شد. نقاط قوت و فرصت تحقیقات این حیطه، جوان بودن جمعیت کشور، منحصر بفرد بودن آن، پیشینه علمی کشور، منابع مالی و انسانی و پتانسیل خوب صنایع مطرح شد. در خصوص نقش تحقیقات در کیفیت تحصیلی و آینده شغلی دانشجویان داروسازی، انجام تحقیقات جهت دستیابی به فرصت برای رفتن به خارج از کشور عنوان شد.</p><p><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> نتایج این مطالعه، لزوم تدوین و اجرای برنامه راهبردی تحقیقات علوم دارویی در کشور را تأیید نموده و در تدوین این برنامه مورد استفاده قرار خواهد گرفت. </p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> One of the main objectives of the national health policy of a country should be designing a strategic program for pharmaceutical research in order to take the best advantage of the allocated funds and to prevent wasting of national resources. This investigation was carried out to assess views of graduate and undergraduate students of Tehran University faculty of pharmacy, about the importance, priorities (applied or basic), problems and opportunities of the pharmaceutical research as well as its impact weaknesses, and its impact on the future careers of students. </p><p><strong>Methods:</strong> This was a qualitative study carried out by focus group discussion in 2004 for four months on two groups of 6-10 undergraduate and two groups of 6-10 graduate students in the National Research Center for Medical Sciences of Iran. </p><p><strong>Results:</strong> Results showed that almost all participants believed in the necessity of pharmaceutical research, especially applied research based on demands of our country. Uncompromising rules about research, budget allocation, tardy and uneven appropriation of resources, weak and feckless administration, lack of the research ethos and ethics, paucity of skilled specialists, weak cooperation between universities and industry, lack of research registry system, weak research motives, inadequate inter association and ineffective evaluation systems for research and researchers were mentioned as the main factors impeding pharmaceutical research in Iran. The presence of young population, the country’s scientific history, decent human and financial resources and high potentials of the pharmaceutical industry were considered as strengths of the pharmaceutical research. Most students believed that doing research provides them with better opportunities to live and work abroad.</p><p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Results of this study supports the necessity of a strategic plan for pharmaceutical research in Iran and will be used in the development of this program. </p><p></p><p><strong>Hakim Research Journal 2006 9(1):45-51. </strong></p> برنامه راهبردی، بحث گروهی متمرکز، تحقیقات دارویی، دانشجویان داروسازی.
