fa هزینه آموزش یک دانشجوی رشته پزشکی عمومی در ایران در سال ۱۴۰۱: مرور شواهد Per-Capita Cost of Educating a Medical Student in Iran in 2022: A Review of the Evidence عمومى General مروری Review مقدمه: آموزش رشته پزشکی عمومی از پرهزینه‌ترین حوزه‌های آموزش عالی است و تعیین هزینه تمام‌شده آن برای برنامه‌ریزی منابع و سیاست‌گذاری آگاه از شواهد، ضروری است. این مطالعه با هدف مرور شواهد موجود هزینه&rlm; ها و برآورد آن در سال ۱۴۰۱ در ایران انجام شد.   روش کار: پژوهش حاضر، یک مرور روایتی دومرحله &rlm;ای است که در مرحله اول پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی فارسی و انگلیسی شامل Scopus ، PubMed، Google scholar، مگیران و گزارش‌های رسمی وزارت بهداشت مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. نوع و مقدار هزینه‌های انجام شده استخراج و در نرم افراز اکسل و اندنوت ثبت گردید. در مرحله دوم هزینه تمام شده برای یکسال تحصیل، هزینه بعد از تعدیل با تورم اعلام شده بانک مرکزی، هزینه برای دوره هفت&rlm;‌ساله مشخص گردید.  یافته‌ها: مطالعه‌ای ملی اصیل درباره هزینه تمام‌شده آموزش پزشک عمومی در ایران یافت نشد. نتایج ۵ مطالعه پژوهشی در ۶ دانشگاه علوم پزشکی نشان داد که میانگین هزینه آموزش یک پزشک عمومی در سال ۱۴۰۱ برابر ۱۴.۵میلیارد ریال با انحراف معیار ۵ میلیارد ریال برای کل دوره ۷ ساله است. هزینه آموزش در دانشگاه‌های کوچک‌تر به‌طور میانگین بالاتر از دانشگاه‌های بزرگ‌تر بود. نتیجه یک مرور نظام&rlm;مند نشان می&rlm;دهد که هزینه سالیانه یک دانشجوی رشته پزشکی عمومی در این سال بالغ بر 24 هزار میلیون ریال بوده است. نتیجه‌گیری: عدم وجود برآورد ملی یکپارچه، امکان برنامه‌ریزی مالی دقیق در خصوص آموزش رشته پزشکی عمومی را محدود می‌کند. بالا بودن این هزینه و روند افزایشی آن انجام مطالعات ملی مبتنی بر حساب‌های ملی سلامت برای محاسبه هزینه تمام‌شده و طراحی سیاست‌های بهینه بودجه‌ای را ضروری می‌نماید. Introduction: Medical education is one of the most costly areas of higher education. Accurate cost estimation is essential for evidence-based resource planning and policymaking. This study aimed to review existing evidence on the costs of general medicine education in Iran and estimate its cost for the year 2022. Methods: This was a two-stage narrative review. In the first stage, both Persian and English sources were searched across databases including Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, and Magiran, as well as official reports from the Ministry of Health. Reported cost types and amounts were extracted and recorded in Excel and EndNote. In the second stage, costs were adjusted based on official inflation rates from the Central Bank, and estimates were calculated for one academic year and the full seven-year program. Findings: No national-level study estimating the full cost of general medicine education in Iran was identified. Five studies from six medical universities reported that the average cost of training a general practitioner in 2022 was 14.5 billion IRR (±5 billion IRR) for the seven-year program. Smaller universities had, on average, higher per-student costs than larger ones. A separate systematic review estimated the annual cost per student at over 24 billion IRR. Conclusion: The lack of unified national estimates hinders precise financial planning.
