fa سیندمیک، هم افزایی بیماری ها و نابرابری های اجتماعی در سلامت جامعه عمومى General یادداشت سردبیر Editorial <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">پدیده &quot;</span><span lang="AR-SA">سیندمیک</span><span lang="AR-SA">&quot;</span> (Syndemic) <span lang="AR-SA">به هم‌زمانی و تعامل چند اپیدمی در یک جمعیت اشاره دارد که اثرات یکدیگر را تشدید کرده و بار بیماری و نابرابری‌های سلامت را افزایش می‌دهند. سیندمیک‌ها نه‌تنها نتیجه هم‌ابتلایی زیستی، بلکه بازتاب ساختارهای اجتماعی ناعادلانه همچون فقر، تبعیض و نابرابری جنسیتی‌اند. رویکرد سیندمیک با تأکید بر پیوند میان عوامل زیستی، اجتماعی و محیطی، فراتر از الگوهای تک‌بعدی عمل کرده و بر لزوم مداخلات جامع در سطوح بهداشتی، اقتصادی و سیاسی تأکید دارد. تجربه کووید-۱۹ نشان داد که درک و مدیریت بیماری‌ها بدون توجه به زمینه‌های اجتماعی امکان‌پذیر نیست. در نتیجه، اتخاذ دیدگاه سیندمیک می‌تواند راهی مؤثر برای ارتقای عدالت و تاب‌آوری نظام‌های سلامت فراهم سازد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;">&nbsp;&ldquo;Syndemic&rdquo; refers to the simultaneous and interacting effects of multiple epidemics in a population that exacerbate each other&rsquo;s effects and increase the burden of disease and health inequalities. Syndemics are the result of biological co-morbidity, and reflect unjust social structures such as poverty, discrimination and gender inequality. By emphasizing the linkages between biological, social and environmental factors, the syndemic approach goes beyond unidimensional models and emphasizes the need for comprehensive interventions at the health, economic and political levels. The experience of COVID-19 has shown that understanding and managing diseases is not possible without considering the social context.
