fa تاثیر شاخص توسعه انسانی و تولید ناخالص داخلی بر مرگ و میر مادران در ایران 1990-2020 The impact of human development index and gross domestic product on maternal mortality ratio in Iran 1990-2020 عمومى General یادداشت سردبیر Editorial مقدمه: سلامتی، ارتباط تنگاتنگی با پیشرفت اقتصادی و توسعه انسانی دارد.  شاخص توسعه انسانی، عوامل مهمی مثل: زندگی طولانی و سلامت، دسترسی به دانش و سطح زندگی را مدنظر می گیرد و به نظر میرسد این شاخص می تواند روی شاخص مرگ و میر مادران تاثیر بگذارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تأثیر شاخص توسعه انسانی و تولید ناخالص داخلی بر شاخص مرگ و میر مادران انجام شد. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر، یک مطالعه سری زمانی است که در آن داده های مرتبط به شاخص توسعه انسانی، تولید ناخالص داخلی و شاخص  مرگ و میر مادران در سالهای 1990-2020 از سازمان جهانی بهداشت و بانک جهانی جمع آوری شد. سپس با استفاده از مدل سری زمانی در اقتصادسنجی و روش اقتصادسنجی خودرگرسیونی  به تحلیل آنها در Eviwes  پرداخته شد.  یافته ها: شاخص توسعه انسانی، تولید ناخالص داخلی و شاخص  مرگ و میر مادران در هر صد هزار تولد در سال1990 به ترتیب  0.601 و 7515 و123 و درسال 2020 به ترتیب 0.783 و 15532  و 15 بوده است. شاخص توسعه انسانی در طول زمان بر تغییرات واریانس مرگ میر مادران موثر بوده است. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد شاخص توسعه انسانی و تولید ناخالص داخلی در طول زمان بر روی شاخص مرگ و میر مادران تاثیر  دارد. با توجه به این که یکی از شاخص های مهم سلامتی هر کشور شاخص مرگ ومیر مادران در هر صد هزار تولد زنده است با تلاش در ارتقا شاخص توسعه انسانی می توان این شاخص را بهبود بخشید. پیشنهاد میگردد سیاست گذار توجه ویژه ای به شاخص توسعه انسانی داشته باشد. Introduction: Health is closely linked with economic development and human progress. The Human Development Index (HDI) considers significant factors such as a long and healthy life, access to knowledge, and a decent standard of living. This index seems to have an impact on the maternal mortality rate. This study aimed to determine the effect of the Human Development Index and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on the maternal mortality rate. Methods: This is a time series study in which data related to the Human Development Index, Gross Domestic Product, and maternal mortality rate from 1990 to 2020 were collected from the World Health Organization and the World Bank. Using time series models in econometrics and the autoregressive method, these data were analyzed in EViews. Results: The Human Development Index, Gross Domestic Product, and maternal mortality rate per 100,000 births in 1990 were 0.601, 7515, and 123, respectively, and in 2020 were 0.783, 15532, and 15, respectively. The Human Development Index over time has had an impact on the variance changes in maternal mortality. Conclusion: The results showed that the Human Development Index and Gross Domestic Product have had an impact on the maternal mortality rate over time. Given that one of the important health indicators of any country is the maternal mortality rate per 100,000 live births, efforts to improve the Human Development Index can enhance this indicator.
