fa محاسبه بار اقتصادی ناشی از حوادث شغلی در بیمه شدگان سازمان تامین اجتماعی Economic burden calculation of occupational accidents in the insured Individuals of the Social Security Organization عمومى General پژوهشی Original مقدمه: در کشورهای پیشرفته صنعتی، سالانه از هر ده نفر کارگر یکی دچار سانحه می شود و پنج درصد روزهای کار ملی به هدر می رود. در کشورهای در حال توسعه  برآورد دقیقی از هزینه های این حوادث در دسترس نیست. هدف از این مطالعه برآورد هزینه های اقتصادی حوادث شغلی در بیمه شدگان سازمان تامین اجتماعی شهرستان کرمان بود. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی بودکه در سال 1397انجام شد. داده های جمع آوری شده با روش سرشماری  وارد نرم افزار EXCEL  شد و سپس هرکدام از هزینه های ناشی از حوادث شغلی محاسبه شد. در نهایت مقایسه دو روش محاسبه ارزش حوادث شغلی رایج در رویکرد سرمایه انسانی از طریق محاسبه ارزش ریالی کاهش بهره وری با استفاده از  شاخص سالهای زندگی تعدیل شده با ناتوانی(DALY) و غرامت های پرداختی سازمان تامین اجتماعی انجام شد. یافته ها: حوادث شغلی در طی دوسال به میزان 105.8 سال  DALY  ایجاد نموده است. هزینه های مستقیم  حوادث شغلی شامل هزینه های درمانی، معادل 21700095876 ریال و هزینههای غیر مستقیم شامل هزینه های کاهش  بهره وری و غرامتهای پرداختی سازمان تامین اجتماعی به ترتیب 53035522688  و2337505758 ریال معادل  5303552268 و   233750575 دلار بودند. مقایسه دو روش محاسبه ی ارزش حوادث شغلی در رویکرد سرمایه انسانی نشان داد که میانگین درآمدی از دست رفته افراد بر اثر حوادث شغلی بسیار بیشتر از غرامت پرداختی سازمان تامین اجتماعی به افراد حادثه دیده  است. نتیجه گیری: محاسبه ارزش ریالی حوادث با روش های مختلف در رویکرد سرمایه انسانی نشان دهنده اهمیت تعیین رویکرد مناسب برای تامین خسارت حوادث برای افراد حادثه دیده است. Introduction: In advanced industrial countries, one out of every ten workers have an accident every year and five percent of national working days are wasted. In developing countries, an accurate estimate of occupational injuries costs is not available. The purpose of this study was to estimate the economic costs of occupational accidents in the insured persons of the Social Security Organization of Kerman. Methods: This study was a descriptive-analytical study which was conducted in 2017. All data collected by census were entered into the EXCEL software and then different occupational accidents cost were calculated. Two methods of human capital approach were compared by caring out the DALY (disability adjusted life year) Rial Value and the Social Security Organization's compensation payments. Results: Occupational accidents have caused 105.8 DALY years in two years. The direct costs of occupational accidents included treatment costs, equivalent to 21700095876 Rials, and the indirect costs included the costs of reducing productivity and the compensations paid by the Social Security Organization in the amount of 53035522688 and 2337505758 Rials, respectively. The comparison of two methods of the value of occupational accidents in the human capital approach showed that the average income lost by people due to occupational accidents is much higher than the compensation that the social security organization pays to the injured people.
