<strong><span style="color:#2980b9;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><em><span lang="FA">روش</span><span dir="LTR">­</span></em><span lang="FA"><em> کار:</em></span></span></span></span></strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"> </span><span lang="AR-SA">این مطالعه به روش کیفی در سه مرحله انجام شد؛</span> <span lang="FA">ابتدا،</span> <span lang="AR-SA">بررسی ابعاد، تاریخچه و مشکلات سامانه های تیتک، سامانه نسخ الکترونیک، سامانه مدیریت اطلاعات آزمایشگاه و سامانه مدیریت امور داروخانه ها بررسی گردید؛ سپس، نقاط قوت، ضعف و پیامدهای اجرای سیستم از طریق مصاحبه به روش نیمه ساختار یافته با 46 نفر از پدیدآورندگان سیستم ها و ذینفعان آن صورت پذیرفت و در نهایت تحلیل دادههای حاصل از مصاحبه به روش برداشت الگو و استفاده از نرم</span><span lang="FA"></span><span lang="AR-SA">افزار مکسکیودا </span><span lang="FA">انجام گردید</span><span lang="AR-SA">.<span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="color:#2980b9;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><em><strong>یافتهها: </strong></em></span></span></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">طی انجام مصاحبه، 1558 کد از 46 مشارکت کننده شناسایی شد. راهبردهای توسعه­ ای پیشنهادی در این پژوهش یکپارچگی، تغییر الگوی غالب از عرضه محور به تقاضا محور، برنامهریزی راهبردی، فرهنگ سازی، تقویت زیرساخت ها از جمله موضوع اینترنت و دسترسی ایجاد بستر یکپارچه می باشد. مشکلات کلی سامانه ها شامل عدم ایجاد بستر یکپارچه مدیریتی، زیرساختی و عوامل سازمانی شناسایی گردید.</span></span></span></span><br>
<span style="color:#2980b9;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><em><strong>نتیجهگیری: </strong></em></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">طبق دادههای جمعآوری شده از این پیمایش، علیرغم وجود سامانههای متعدد در کشور، دارای کارآمدی و یکپارچگی لازم برای بهرهمندی ذینفعان نمیباشد. ادغام چهار سیستم سامانهی نسخ الکترونیک، سامانه تیتک، سامانه مدیریت امور داروخانه ها و سامانه مدیریت اطلاعات آزمایشگاه پیشنهاد می گردد.</span></span></span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><b><span style="color:#2980b9;"><em>Introduction:</em></span> </b><span style="color:#000000;">With the expansion of information technology, various types of information management systems have started to operate to monitor the supply chain, and the analysis of these systems after their implementation is necessary to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The purpose of this study is to analyze them in order to provide practical suggestions to improve the performance of the mentioned systems.</span><br>
<b><span style="color:#2980b9;"><em>Methodology:</em></span> </b><span style="color:#000000;">This qualitative-inductive study was conducted in three stages; First, the dimensions and historical background of the Track and Trace Authentication Control (TTAC), Electronic prescription, Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), and the Health Information Exchange (HIX) proposal were examined, Then, the strengths, weaknesses, and consequences of the system's implementation were examined through semi-structured interviews with 46 system developers and stakeholders. Finally, the collected interview data were analyzed using the pattern extraction method and MAXQDA software.</span><br>
<b><span style="color:#2980b9;"><em>Findings:</em></span> </b><span style="color:#000000;">1558 codes from 46 participants were identified, The proposed developmental strategies in this study include integration, paradigm shift from supply-driven to demand-driven approaches, strategic planning, cultural development, and strengthening infrastructures, particularly in areas such as the internet and access, as well as the creation of an integrated platform. The overall challenges of the systems were identified as the lack of an integrated management and infrastructure platform and organizational factors.</span><br>
<span style="color:#2980b9;"><em><b>Conclusion:</b></em></span> <span style="color:#000000;">Based on the collected survey data, despite the presence of multiple systems in the country, they lack the necessary efficiency and integration to effectively serve stakeholders. Therefore, the integration of four systems—Electronic Prescription, TTAC, HIX, and LIMS—is proposed.</span></span></span></span></p>
