fa طراحی اطلس بهداشت و اجرای مداخلات مراقبت های اولیه بهداشتی برای ارتقای پوشش همگانی سلامت در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری: یک مطالعه تحقیق در نظام سلامت از بهمن 1400 تا بهمن 1402 عمومى General پژوهشی Original <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color:#2980b9;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><em><strong>مقدمه:</strong> </em></span></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">رویکرد دسترسی به مراقبت‌های اولیه بهداشتی، پوشش همگانی سلامت را تضمین می‌کند. با توجه به اهمیت این رویکرد و برای جبران اثرات پاندمی کووید-19، مجموعه اقداماتی در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری برای افزایش بهره‌مندی و پوشش همگانی سلامت انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="color:#2980b9;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><em><strong>روش کار:</strong> </em></span></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">این مطالعه گزارشی از نظام سلامت استان چهارمحال و بختیاری در حوزه بهداشت از بهمن 1400 تا بهمن 1402 است. در این دوره، با برنامه‌ریزی عملیاتی، طراحی اطلس بهداشت، ایجاد سیستم یکپارچه پذیرش بر پایه وب به نام سامانه &quot;رهاورد&quot; و تجمیع صندوق‌ها، ارجاع الکترونیک و لینک به سامانه‌های سطح یک و دو، مداخلاتی طراحی و اجرا شد. 170 شاخص در اطلس بهداشت محاسبه و در ماتریسی برای واحدهای ارائه خدمت رتبه‌بندی و مصورسازی شدند.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><em><span style="color:#2980b9;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> </span></span></span></em><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">افزایش سالیانه ارائه مراقبت‌های اولیه بهداشتی، خدمات پزشکی، دندانپزشکی و آزمایشگاهی بیش از 35 درصد در مقایسه با قبل، افزایش شبکه‌های بهداشت و درمان از 9 به 12، راه‌اندازی 2 مرکز خدمات جامع سلامت شبانه‌روزی، پیاده‌سازی نظام ارجاع و نسخه‌نویسی الکترونیک با بالاترین درصد پوشش در کشور به نسبت جمعیت و کمترین خطا، افزایش 1 درصدی موالید در سال 1402 نسبت به سال قبل، افزایش معنی‌دار درصد قندخون و فشارخون مطلوب و کنترل‌شده، و افزایش خطرسنجی قلبی-عروقی و مراقبت‌ها به بالای 95 درصد از مهمترین یافته‌ها بودند.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="color:#2980b9;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><em>نتیجه‌گیری:</em></span></span></span></strong><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> اطلس بهداشت، برای تعیین دقیق وضعیت موجود، طراحی مداخلات، اندازه‌گیری پیشرفت شاخص‌ها و در جهت دستیابی به عدالت در سلامت و بهره‌مندی از خدمات در راستای پوشش همگانی سلامت، کمک‌کننده است.</span></span></span></span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#2980b9;"><em><strong>Introduction:</strong></em></span> <span style="color:#0d0d0d;">The access approach to primary health care ensures universal health coverage. Considering its importance and to compensate for the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, a series of measures were taken in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari provinces to increase utilization and achieve universal health coverage.</span><br> <span style="color:#2980b9;"><strong><em>Methods:</em></strong></span><span style="color:#0d0d0d;"> This study reports on the actions of the health system in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province in the southwest of Iran from 2022 to 2024.
