fa بررسی مروری قوانین، مقررات و چالش‌های ارائه خدمات اینترنتی داروخانه‌ها با رویکرد به داروخانه های اینترنتی در ایران عمومى General پژوهشی Original <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#2980b9;"><strong><em>مقدمه:</em></strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> با رشد کسب‌وکارهای آنلاین، داروخانه‌های آنلاین نیز توسعه یافته‌اند. در ایران، فروش اینترنتی داروها طبق دستورالعمل‌های سازمان غذا و دارو ممنوع است. با شیوع ویروس کرونا و افزایش نیاز بیماران به مراجعه به داروخانه‌ها، ارائه خدمات آنلاین می‌توانست به مهار ویروس کمک کند. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین قوانین، مقررات و چالش‌های ارائه خدمات اینترنتی داروخانه‌ها در ایران انجام شده است.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#2980b9;"><strong><em>روش کار:</em></strong></span><span style="color:#000000;"> این پژوهش مروری از نوع تحلیل محتوا است. مقالات منتشرشده از سال ۲۰۰۳ تا ۱۴ آوریل ۲۰۲۳ در پایگاه‌های داده‌ای علمی خارجی و داخلی شامل Scopus، PubMed، Web of Science، Magiran و SID با کلیدواژه‌های &quot;Online Pharmacy&quot;، &quot;Legislation&quot;، &quot;e-Pharmacy&quot; و &quot;Iran&quot; به زبان انگلیسی و فارسی، به همراه واژه‌های هم‌طراز، جستجو شدند. جهت استخراج داده‌ها، بررسی دقیق هر مطالعه و شناسایی مداخلات مربوطه توسط دو نویسنده به‌طور مستقل انجام شد. هرگونه اختلاف‌نظر از طریق بحث مشترک بین دو نویسنده به اجماع رسید.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#2980b9;"><strong><em>یافته‌ها: </em></strong></span><span style="color:#000000;">از ۶۸ مقاله یافت‌شده، ۱۲ مقاله با چالش‌ها و مقررات داروخانه‌های آنلاین مطابقت داشتند. یافته‌ها نشان داد داروخانه‌های آنلاین با چالش‌هایی مانند مجوزها، حریم خصوصی، تعامل با مشتریان، تأمین و تحویل داروها، رقابت با داروخانه‌های فیزیکی، اعتماد و رضایت مشتریان، داروهای تقلبی، تضمین کیفیت، خدمات و فرآیند پرداخت مواجه هستند.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#2980b9;"><strong><em>نتیجه‌گیری: </em></strong></span><span style="color:#000000;">برای داروخانه‌های آنلاین، حفظ زیرساخت امن شامل وب‌سایت یا برنامه موبایل، تراکنش‌های برخط امن، سیستم‌های مدیریت داده‌های قوی و تدابیر امنیت سایبری برای حفاظت از اطلاعات مشتریان حیاتی است. همچنین، داروخانه‌های آنلاین باید مجوزهای لازم را دریافت کرده و با قوانین حفاظت از داده‌ها و حریم خصوصی سازگار شوند.</span></span></span></span></p> <div><div id="ftn1"></div></div> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#2980b9;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><em><strong>Introduction:</strong></em></span></span></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"> With the growth of online businesses, online pharmacies have also emerged. In Iran, the online sale of drugs is prohibited according to the guidelines of the Food and Drug Organization. However, the spread of COVID-19 and the increasing need for patients to visit pharmacies highlight the potential benefits of online services in helping to contain the virus. This research aimed to determine the laws, regulations, and challenges associated with providing online pharmacy services in Iran.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="color:#2980b9;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><em><strong>Methods:</strong></em></span></span></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"> This study is a content analysis review. We performed an extensive review of literature to find relative articles in both English and Persian databases, including Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, Magiran, and SID using keywords such as &ldquo;Online Pharmacy,&rdquo; &ldquo;Legislation,&rdquo; &ldquo;e-pharmacy,&rdquo; and &ldquo;Iran&rdquo; from 2003 to April 14, 2023. Data extraction involved a detailed appraisal of each study and identification of relevant interventions by two authors independently. Any disagreements were resolved through joint discussions between the authors.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="color:#2980b9;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><em><strong>Results: </strong></em></span></span></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;">Out of 68 articles reviewed, 12 addressed the challenges and regulations of online pharmacies. The findings revealed that online pharmacies face several challenges, including licensing, privacy, customer interaction, drug supply and delivery, competition with physical pharmacies, customer trust and satisfaction, counterfeit drugs, quality assurance, service, and payment processes.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="color:#2980b9;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><em><strong>Conclusion:</strong></em></span></span></span></span><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"> For online pharmacies, maintaining a secure infrastructure&mdash;such as a website or mobile app, secure online transactions, robust data management systems, and cybersecurity measures&mdash;is crucial to protect customer information.
