fa ارزیابی سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران Evaluation of hospital information systems in hospitals affiliated to Tehran universities of medical sciences عمومى General پژوهشی Original مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت فراوان اطلاعات پزشکی در بهبود کیفیت درمان، آموزش و تحقیق پزشکی در سطوح ملی و بین‌المللی، به‌کارگیری سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی مؤثر است. روش کار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع ارزیابی است که در سال 1400 انجام شد. معیارهای اصلی سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی از مقـالات مختلف استخراج شد. سپس معتبرترین آنها بر اساس نظر 15 خبره با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی مشخص شد و به‌ عنوان معیار در یک فهرست وارسی قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: این مطالعه مهم‌ترین ویژگی‌ها و سرویس‌های سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی را به عنوان معیار مشخص کرده و سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی موجود در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران، تهران و شهید بهشتی را با این معیارها مقایسه کرده است. نتایج حاصله حاکی از آن است که شرکت‌های تولید‌کننده HIS، با توجه به مقیاس ویژگی‌ها، امتیاز 12.5 تا 37.5 درصد و با توجه به مقیاس سرویس‌ها، امتیاز 14.0 تا 23.0 درصد را کسب کرده‌اند و امتیاز کل سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی این شرکت‌ها باتوجه به مقیاس برآیند ویژگی‌ها و سرویس‌ها، 12.5 تا 37.5 درصد بود. بنابراین موارد مذکور نشان می‌دهد که امتیاز قابل‌قبول بودن سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی تحت مطالعه از سطح متوسط پایین‌تر بوده، به این معنا که فاقد ویژگی‌های بایسته بوده‌اند. نتیجه‌گیری: استانداردنامه وزارت بهداشت که به‌عنوان سندی برای ایجاد HIS مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد، دارای اشکال بوده و مطابق با معیارها نیست. Introduction: Given the importance of medical information in improving the quality of medical treatment, the use of the hospital information system is effective. Methods: This descriptive study was of evaluation type and was conducted in 2021. The main criteria of hospital information systems were extracted from different articles. Subsequently, the most reliable ones were identified based on the opinion of 15 with using of Delphi technique and were included in a checklist as a criterion. This checklist became the basis for evaluating the Health Information System software. Results: This study identified the most important features and services of hospital information systems as criteria and compared the existing hospital information systems in Iran, Tehran and Shahid Beheshti universities of medical sciences with these criteria. The results indicated that the companies producing HIS have obtained a score of 12.5% to 37.5% based on the features scale and 14% to 23% based on the services scale. The total score of the hospital information systems of the companies were 12.5% to 37.5% based on the scale of product of the features and services. Thus, the mentioned issues suggest that the acceptability score of the hospital information systems under study was lower than the average indicating that they lack the necessary features.
