fa مقایسه هزینه تخت روز ICU بیمارستان خوانساری اراک با دو روش: زمان‌گرا و سنتی Comparing the cost of ICU day bed in Khansari Hospital of Arak in two methods: time-oriented and traditional عمومى General مروری Review مقدمه: بهایابی برمبنای فعالیت زمان‌گرا یکی از بهترین روش‌های مستقیم تخصیص هزینههای منابع است که در ایران به‌ندرت استفاده‌ می‌شود. این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه بهای تمام شده تخت-روز ICU برمبنای فعالیت زمانگرا و مقایسه آن با بهای تمام شده جذبی سنتی دربیمارستان آیت‌الله خوانساری اراک انجام شده است.  روش کار: مطالعه حاضر از نوع کاربردی و مقطعی‌ است که در بیمارستان آیت‌الله خوانساری اراک در سال 1395 انجام شد. در محاسبه بهای تمام شده تخت-روز ICU از صورت‌های مالی منتهی به سال 95 استفاده و اطلاعات جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اکسل و 16 SPSS محاسبه و با ازمون من ویتنی بین دو روش مقایسه انجام شد.  یافته ها:  محاسبه قیمت تمام‌شده تخت-روز ICU براساس هزینه‌یابی بر مبنای فعالیت زمان‌گرا نشان‌دهنده وجود ظرفیت بلااستفاده در این بخش، نبود تفاوت معنادار با بهای تمام شده جذبی سنتی و وجود تفاوت چشمگیری از تعرفه مصوب وزارت بهداشت بود. مقایسه هزینه‌یابی بر مبنای فعالیت زمان‌گرا 589،190،13  ریال با روش هزینه‌یابی جذبی سنتی 248،904،13 ریال بود که تفاوت معناداری نداشتند (684/0=p). بهای تمام شده یک تخت-روز آ‌ی‌سی‌یو بر مبنای زمان‌گرا کاهش بیشتری نسبت به بهای تمام شده جذبی سنتی داشته است.  نتیجه‌گیری:  بهای تمام شده خدمات ارائه شده بر مبنای فعالیت زمان‌گرا اطلاعات واقعی‌تری را درمورد هزینه‌ها ارائه می‌کند و بیمارستان‌ها می‌توانند ضمن به‌دست آوردن ظرفیت‌های بلا‌استفاده، به کارآیی بیشتر و کاهش هزینه‌ها دست یابند. <pre style="text-align:justify"> Introduction: Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing is one of the best ways to allocate resource costs which is rarely used in Iran. The purpose of this study was to compare the cost of an ICU Day bed based on timely activity and its comparison with the traditional cost of absorbing in Khansari Arak hospital in Arak Methods: This is an applied, cross-sectional study. To calculate the cost of an ICU Day bed the financial statements for the year of 2015 Khansari Hospital were used. Data collected using Excel and SPSS 16 software was calculated and with Man whiny test was analyzed. Results: Calculate the cost of an ICU Day bed based on time-based costing Indicates the existence of unused capacity in this section, meaningful discrepancy with price. The cost was a traditional absorption and there was a significant difference between the Ministry of Health’s appropriateness. The comparison of costing based on time-oriented activity was 13,190,589 Rials with the traditional absorption costing method was 13,904,248 Rials, which had no significant difference (p=0.684). The total cost of an ICU day bed on a time-based basis has decreased more than the traditional absorption cost.
