fa بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مادران در زمینه مصرف قطره های مکمل در شیرخواران در کلینیک های اطفال شهرستان بم در سال 1401 Investigating the knowledge, attitude and performance of mothers regarding the use of supplemental drops in infants in the pediatric clinics of Bam city in 1401 عمومى General پژوهشی Original مقدمه: امروزه کم خونی فقر آهن و کمبود ریز مغذیهایی همچون ویتامین های A و D از مشکلات تغذیه ای شایع در کودکان زیر 2 سال به شمار می رود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مادران در زمینه مصرف قطره های مکمل در شیرخواران انجام شد. روش کار: این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی در دو کلینیک تخصصی اطفال شهرستان بم انجام شد. جامعه آماری این مطالعه تمامی مادران دارای کودک شیر خوار مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های اطفال بودند که به صورت سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. اطلاعات توسط پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بررسی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مادران در زمینه مصرف قطره های مکمل جمع آوری شدند. از نرم افزار spss نسخه 22 برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات استفاده شد. یافته ها: 49/2 درصد مادران در گروه سنی ۳۰-۲۱ سال قرار داشته، دارای تحصیلات دیپلم (29/8 درصد) و خانه دار (65/4 درصد) بودند. اکثر مادران مراجعه کننده دارای یک فرزند غیر شیرخوار دیگر نیز بودند (92/2 درصد). میانگین نمره آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مادران به ترتیب 48/61، 23/20 و 36/50 بود. قیمت قطره مکمل برای اکثریت خانواده ها گران بود (44 درصد). متغیرهای سن، شغل، سطح تحصیلات، تعداد فرزند غیر شیرخوار و قیمت قطره بیشترین تاثیر را در آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد مادران داشتند. نتیجه گیری:  علاوه بر آموزش اهمیت مصرف قطرههای مکمل، بایستی اقدامات مناسبی برای چگونگی مصرف قطرههای مکمل در مادران دارای شیرخوار کوچکتر از 2 سال انجام گردد. همچنین پیشنهاد می شود با توجه به هزینه قطره های مکمل برنامه ریزی های لازم در خصوص دسترسی همگانی از این قطره ها به عمل آید. <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Today, iron deficiency anemia and lack of micronutrients, such as vitamins A and D, are common nutritional problems in children under two years old. This study aimed to investigate mothers’ knowledge, attitude, and performance regarding using supplemental drops in infants. Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted in two specialized pediatric clinics in Bam City. The statistical population was all mothers with an infant referring to pediatric clinics who were included in the study by the census. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the information to investigate mothers’ knowledge, attitude, and performance in the field of supplemental drops consumption. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 22 software. Findings: 49.2% of mothers were in the age group of 21-30 years old, had a diploma degree (29.8%), and were housewives (65.4%). Most of the referring mothers had another non-infant child (92.2%). The mean scores of knowledge, attitude, and performance of mothers were 48.61, 23.20, and 36.50, respectively. The price of supplement drops was high for the majority of families (44%). Variables such as age, job, level of education, number of non-infant children, and the price of supplemental drops had the greatest impact on mothers’ knowledge, attitude, and performance. Conclusion: In addition to teaching the importance of taking supplemental drops, appropriate measures should be taken for how to use supplemental drops in mothers with infants younger than two years old.
