fa آینده پژوهی با روش سناریونگاری در نظام سلامت Futures Studies with Scenario Planning Method in Health System عمومى General پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: center;">تاریخ دریافت: 1400/02/20  تاریخ پذیرش: 1400/03/23  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">آینده‌پژوهی رشته ای از مطالعات علمی است که با بررسی احتمال رویدادهای آینده در سطوح مختلف، در پی درک بهتر تغییرات پیرامون انسان، جامعه و محیط است و یکی از دلایل استفاده از آن، تلاش در راستای فهم موضوعاتی است که از آنها بی‌اطلاع هستیم، زیرا برای مواجهه با آینده و برنامه‌ریزی بهتر، بایستی شناخت کافی در موضوع مربوطه داشته باشیم. نظام سلامت مملو از موضوعات غیرقطعی و پیچیده ای است که پرداختن به آنها با تکیه بر یافته های حاصل از رویدادهای گذشته پرمخاطره است. به نظر می‌رسد که آینده پژوهی می‌تواند با در اختیار گذاشتن پارادایم‌ها و رویکردهای مختلف، به ابعاد گوناگون و چالش‌های متنوع نظام سلامت بپردازد و ضمن کمک به درک عمیق‌تر پیچیدگی‌ها، راهکارهای مفید و مؤثری برای توسعۀ دانش و مدیریت در عرصۀ سلامت ارائه کند. پیشنهاد می‌شود دانش آینده&lrm;پژوهی برای برنامه‌ریزی‌های مرتبط با سلامت در راستای ارتقای نگاه مدیران این نظام ترویج داده شود و بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گیرد.</div>   <div style="text-align: justify;">Futures studies is a field of scientific studies that seeks to better understand changes in humans, society, and the environment by examining the probability of future events at different levels, and one of the reasons for its use is to try to understand topics that we are unaware of because in order to face the future and plan better, sufficient knowledge should be done in the relevant subject.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">The health system is full of uncertain and complex issues that are risky to address based on findings from past events. It seems that futures research can consider various dimensions and challenges of health system by providing different paradigms and approaches, and while helping to better understand the complexities, provide useful and effective solutions for the development of knowledge and management in the field of health. It is suggested that futures studies knowledge be promoted for health-related planning in order to improve the view of the managers of this system and be given more attention.</div>   <div>Please cite this article as follows: Salahshouri  M, Ahmadi Kahanali  R, Heyrani  A.
