fa بررسی تعداد و نحوه توسعه تخت‌های بیمارستانی دولتی ساخته شده در ایران در سال‌های 1397-1374: ضرورت بکارگیری مشارکت بخش دولتی-غیردولتی در توسعه تخت‌های بیمارستانی The Number and Trend of Public Hospital Beds Established in Iran During 2018-1995: The Need for Public-private Partnership to Expand Public Hospital Beds in Iran عمومى General پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;">نامه به سردبیر          یکی از راه‌کارهای پیش روی دولت‌ها برای مواجهه با مشکل محدودیت منابع در بخش سلامت، مشارکت دولتی-خصوصی است. بررسی تعداد تخت‌های بیمارستانی دولتی ساخته‌شده در ایران و روند توسعه‌ی آن طی سال‌های 1374 تا 1397 نشان می‌دهد که تخت‌های بیمارستان‌های دولتی ساخته‌شده و هم‌چنین، مجموع اعتبارات مرتبط با تخت‌های بیمارستان‌ها طی این سال‌ها روند منظمی نداشته، در مواردی صعودی و در برخی نزولی بوده و در عین حال، اعتبارات تخصیص‌یافته از محل منابع عمومی برای ساخت تخت‌های بیمارستانی طی این سال‌ها تفاوت مقداری مشخصی داشته است. کم‌بود اعتبارات بخش دولتی برای ساخت بیمارستان و تعداد پروژه‌های خاتمه نیافته، لزوم بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت بخش خصوصی در ساخت و تجهیز بیمارستان‌ها را بیش از پیش آشکار می‌سازد.</div> One of the solutions that can be adopted by governments to address the problem of limited resources in the health sector is the public-private partnership. The number and trend of public hospital beds established during 1995-2018 show that the number of established beds and the total funding associated with hospital beds expansion did not follow a regular trend over the years. The trend was fluctuating widely throughout the period and the funds devoted from public sources for the construction of public hospital beds varied during the period. The lack of public funding for the construction of the hospitals and the number of unfinished projects highlight  the need for utilization of the capacity of the private sector to build and equip hospitals even more obviously in the future.   <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width:720px;height:77px;">Please cite this article as follows: Pourasghari H.
