fa ارزشیابی برنامه آموزش پیش‌از‌ازدواج سازمان بهزیستی کشور از منظر تصمیم‌گیرندگان ستادی و استانی عمومى General پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>مقدمه<span dir="LTR">‌</span></strong>: امروزه ارزشیابی، تقریبا مرکز ثقل همه‌ی سیاست‌ها و راهبردهای کیفیت آموزشی محسوب می‌شود. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارزشیابی برنامه‌ی آموزش پیش‌ از ازدواج سازمان بهزیستی و ارزیابی فاصله‌ی آن تا وضعیت مطلوب، از دیدگاه تصمیم‌گیرندگان ستادی و استانی برنامه بود.<br> <strong>روش کار</strong><span dir="LTR">‌</span>: مطالعه‌ی کاربردی حاضر از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی و کمی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش متشکل از مدیران و کارشناسان ستادی، معاونین پیشگیری و کارشناسان استانی برنامه و تعداد کل نمونه، 70 نفر بود. ابزار پژوهش، چهار مقیاس محقق‌ساخته متناسب با هریک از گروه‌های نمونه با طیف نمره‌گذاری چهارنقطه‌ای لیکرت بود و گویه‌هایی در بخش‌های زمینه، درون‌داد، فرآیند، نتایج، تاثیرات کوتاه‌مدت، میان‌مدت و بلندمدت برنامه داشت که پس از بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی، در اختیار هریک از گروه‌های نمونه جهت ارزشیابی برنامه‌ی آموزش پیش ‌از‌ ازدواج قرار‌گرفت. تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات بر اساس تحلیل شکاف، با استفاده از نمرات معیار اصلاح صورت‌‌گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها<span dir="LTR">‌</span></strong>: طبق نمرات ‌کل معیار اصلاح، بخش‌‌ زمینه در شاخص‌های پیشینه‌ی طراحی و اقدامات توجیهی و راهبرد سازمانی، بخش درون‌‌داد در شاخص‌های‌‌ آیین‌نامه، محتوا و بودجه و بخش محصول در شاخص تاثیرات بلندمدت دارای مطلوبیت نسبتا پایین‌‌ و بیشترین نیاز به اصلاح بود.<br> <strong>نتیجه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گیری<span dir="LTR">‌</span></strong>: با‌توجه‌به اولویت اصلاحات، مهم‌ترین اقدام در بازبینی برنامه، تمرکز بر بازطراحی و تقویت زیرساخت‌ها، هدف‌‌گذاری مجدد و تعیین راهبردهای سازمانی برای برنامه می‌باشد که شایسته است با استفاده از تجربیات علمی و اجرایی کشوری و نتایج نیازسنجی آموزشی صورت گیرد.</span></span><br> <strong><em><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:.3pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"></span></span></span></em></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Today, evaluation is almost the center of gravity of all educational quality policies and strategies. The present study aimed to evaluate the pre-marriage education program of the State Welfare Organization and its distance from the optimum level, according to the perspectives of provincial and headquarter decision-makers.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This is an applied, descriptive-survey, quantitative study. The statistical population consisted of four groups, including headquarter managers, headquarter experts, provincial prevention deputies, and provincial experts, with a total number of 70 people. Four researcher-made instruments were designed and used according to the groups. The instruments were rated based on a four-point Likert scale. The items were about context, input, process, product, short-term effects, mid-term effects, and long-term effects. The instruments, after being assessed for the psychometric properties, were distributed to the four groups to evaluate the pre-marriage education program. Data were analyzed based on the Gap analysis using standard score of correction.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> According to the standard score of correction, the context subscale (indices of design background, briefing actions, and organizational strategy), the input subscale ( indices of instruction, content, and budget), and the product subscale (index of long-term impact) had relatively low utility and most needed to be reformed. On the other hand, the process subscale was relatively more favorable.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Given the priority of reform from the perspectives of the four sample groups, the most important action of decision-makers and managers in reviewing the program is to focus on redesigning and strengthening the infrastructure and re-targeting and determining organizational strategies for the program.
