fa ارزیابی کارایی اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی منطقه 4 آمایشی کشور عمومى General پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>مقدمه<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span></strong></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span> با‌توجه‌به محدودیت منابع در نظام بهداشت و درمان، اندازه‌گیری کارایی در سازمان‌های بهداشتی و درمانی ضرورت دارد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارزیابی کارایی مراکز اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور انجام شد.<br> <span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>روش کار</strong></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌</span></span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span> در مطالعه‌ی حاضر، کارایی اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی دانشگاه‌های منطقه‌ی 4 آمایشی در سال‌های 93 تا 96 با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفت. نهاده‌ها شامل تعداد پایگاه‌های جاده‌ای، پایگاه‌های شهری، آمبولانس و نیروی انسانی و ستانده‌ها شامل میانگین زمان حضور بر بالین بیمار، تعداد اعزام‌ها به بیمارستان و کل ماموریت‌های تصادفی و غیر‌تصادفی بود. داده‌ها از طریق برنامه‌ی ثبت آسیب‌های ناشی از حوادث تصادفی و غیر‌تصادفی در استان‌های خوزستان و لرستان (منطقه‌ی 4 آمایشی) جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">DEAP 2.1</span></span> آنالیز شد.<br> <span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>یافته<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span>ها<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span></strong></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span> میانگین کارایی فنی‌، مدیریتی‌ و مقیاس‌ برای کل منطقه به‌ترتیب 025/0<span style="font-family:Cambria,serif;">&plusmn;</span>889/0، 008/0<span style="font-family:Cambria,serif;">&plusmn;</span>994/0 و 024/0<span style="font-family:Cambria,serif;">&plusmn;</span>889/0 بود. لذا، ظرفیت ارتقای کارایی فنی و مقیاس به میزان 10% وجود داشت. نتایج نشان‌داد عمده‌ترین مازاد عوامل تولید که باعث کاهش نسبی کارایی شده، نیروی انسانی بود.<br> <span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>نتیجه<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span>گیری<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">‌</span></span></strong></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">:</span> در کل، وضعیت کارایی واحدهای اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی در دانشگاه‌های منطقه‌ی 4 آمایشی مناسب بود.<br> <strong><em><span dir="LTR" style="letter-spacing:.3pt;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:B Lotus;"></span></span></span></em></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Due to the limited resources in the health system, it is necessary to measure the efficiency of health organizations. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of pre-hospital emergency centers in medical sciences universities of Iran.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>In this study, the efficiency of pre-hospital emergency care in medical sciences universities of Iran was evaluated by using the data analysis technique from 2015 to 2018. The inputs included the number of road stations, urban stations, ambulances, and manpower. The outputs included the mean bedside time, the number of dispatches to the hospital, and the travel number for traffic accident and non-accident patients. Data were collected through the accident and non-accident registry system in Khuzestan and Lorestan provinces (fourth planning region) and then analyzed using DEAP 2.1 software.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The mean scores of technical, managerial, and scale efficiency for the whole region were 0.889 &plusmn;0.025, 0.994 &plusmn;0.008, and 0.889 &plusmn;0.024, respectively. Therefore, there is a potential for upgrading technical and scale efficiency by 10%. The results showed that manpower was the main slack of production factors which reduced relative efficiency.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Overall, the efficiency of pre-hospital emergency centers was appropriate in Khuzestan and Lorestan Medical Sciences Universities (in the fourth planning region).<br> &nbsp;</div> <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width: 720px; height: 89px; text-align: justify;"><strong>Please cite this article as follows:</strong><br> Torabipour A, Veysi Sheykhrobat M, Jahanbani Veshareh E, Moezzi M.
