fa ارزیابی عملکرد و کیفیت خدمات از دیدگاه کارکنان بخش اورژانس بیمارستان‌های منتخب دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران پس از اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت عمومى General پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: center;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><em><strong><span style="color:#0000CD;"><span style="font-family:b roya;">مقدمه</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b roya;">:</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">طرح تحول نظام سلامت ایران، با هدف ارتقای مشارکت مالی عادلانه، افزایش پاسخگویی و ارتقای سلامت، در سال 1393 اجرا شد. از آن‌جایی که بهبود وضعیت بخش‌های اورژانس از جمله اهداف این طرح به‌شمار می‌رود، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی عملکرد بخش اورژانس بیمارستان‌های متخب شهر تهران، پس از اجرای این طرح انجام شد.</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"></span></span></span></strong><br> <span style="color:#0000CD;"><strong><span style="font-family:b roya;">روش کار:</span></strong></span><strong><span style="color:#0000CD;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"> </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی حاضر در سال 1396 در بخش اورژانس سه بیمارستان دولتی شهر تهران انجام گرفت. در مجموع، تعداد 96 نفر از کارکنان شاغل در بخش اورژانس بیمارستان‌های برگزیده به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از یک پرسشنامه 38 سوالی محقق ساخته، مبتنی بر اهداف طرح تحول نظام سلامت، استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">SPSS-19</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"> و آمار توصیفی و آزمون آماری آنالیز واریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شد.</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"></span></span></span></strong><br> <span style="color:#0000CD;"><strong><span style="font-family:b roya;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong></span><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">از دیدگاه کارکنان شاغل در بخش اورژانس، اگرچه تعداد بیماران مراجعه‌کننده پس از اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت افزایش یافته، اما تعداد کارکنان بخش برای ارائه خدمات کافی نمی‌باشد. همچنین، طرح تحول نظام سلامت کیفیت، خدمات ارائه شده، کیفیت هتلینگ و تسهیلات و امکانات بخش را ارتقا داده است.</span></span></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"></span></span></strong><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family:b roya;">نتیجه</span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;">‌</span></strong></span><strong><span style="color:#0000FF;"><span style="font-family:b roya;">گیری</span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b roya;">:</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">نتایج بیانگر آن است که عملکرد و کیفیت خدمات پس از اجرای طرح تحول نظام سلامت در بیمارستان‌های دولتی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران بهبود یافته است</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">.</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"></span></span></strong></em></span></div> <strong>Evaluating the Performance and Quality of Services in the Emergency Departments After Implementation of the Health Reform Plan From the Perspective of Staff of Selected Hospitals of Tehran University of Medical Sciences</strong><br> Mitra Sasani ¹, Ghahraman Mahmoodi ^{1 *} <div style="text-align: justify;"><em>¹</em><em> Sari Branch, Islamic Azad University, Sari, Iran</em><br> <br> <span style="color:#0000CD;"><strong>Abstract</strong></span><br> <br> <strong>Introduction: </strong>The health reform plan was established in 2014 in Iran with the aim of promoting fair financial participation, increasing accountability, and promoting health status. Since the promotion of emergency departments was one of the goals of this plan, this study was conducted to evaluate the performance of the emergency departments of the selected hospitals in Tehran after the implementation of this plan.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This descriptive - analytical study was conducted in the emergency departments of three public hospitals in Tehran in 2017. A random sample of 96 employees of the emergency departments was selected. To collect data, a researcher - made 38-item questionnaire was used based on the goals of the health reform plan. Data were analyzed using SPSS V. 19 software through descriptive statistics and analysis of variance.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>From the viewpoint of the staff working in the emergency department, the number of patients has increased since the implementation of the health reform plan, while the number of department staff required to provide services is not sufficient.
