fa طراحی الگوی بیمه ی مکمل درمان برای کشور ایران عمومى General پژوهشی Original <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه<em>:</em></span></span></strong></span><strong><em><span style="color:#0000FF;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"> </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;">با توجه به اهمیت بیمه‌ی درمان تکمیلی و لزوم طراحی الگوی بیمه‌ی تکمیلی برای نظام سلامت کشور، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی بیمه‌ی درمان تکمیلی متناسب با سیستم بهداشت و درمان کشور ایران بود.</span></span></em></strong><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش کار:</span></span></strong></span><strong><span style="color:#0000FF;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"> </span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><em>پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه‌ای تطبیقی-کیفی است. در مرحله‌ی اول، کشورهای منتخب بر اساس مرور جامع انتخاب شدند (8 کشور)و ابعاد مختلف بیمه‌ی درمان تکمیلی در این کشورها با استفاده از ماتریس مقایسه‌ای تحلیل شد و بر اساس نتایج حاصل از آن، سوالات راهنمای مصاحبه در ابعاد سازمان و مدیریت، مبنای پوشش جمعیت، روش تعیین حق بیمه، روش بازپرداخت هزینه‌ها، تعداد بیمه‌شدگان و روش تامین مالی بیمه طراحی و بخش کیفی، با روش آنالیز محتوا به‌دنبال 15 مصاحبه تکمیل شد. پس از پیاده‌سازی مصاحبه‌ها، داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار </em></span></span></strong><strong><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">MAXQDA 10</span></span></span></em></strong><strong><em><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"> تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.</span></span></em></strong><br> <strong><span style="color:#0000FF;"><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"> <em>عمده چالش‌های اشاره‌شده توسط خبرگان، مواردی چون سازمان و مدیریت، مکانیزم‌های نظارتی، نظام اطلاعاتی، مسائل فرهنگی، مسائل اقتصادی، مبنای پوشش جمعیتی، خدمات تحت‌پوشش، روش تعیین حق بیمه و روش بازپرداخت بود.</em></span></span></strong><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong></span><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"> <em>توجه به چالش‌های مطرح‌شده توسط خبرگان، تعیین جزییات پیاده‌سازی الگوی بیمه‌ی مکمل برای کشور ایران بر اساس تجربیات کشورهای صاحب‌سبک در این زمینه و نظرات متخصصین کشوری می‌تواند به رونق بیمه‌ی تکمیلی سلامت در کشور کمک نماید.</em></span></span></strong> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Designing a Supplementary Health Insurance Model for Iran</strong></span><br> Ali Vafaee Najar ¹, Elaheh Hooshmand ^{1, *}<br> <em>¹</em><em>Social Determinates of Health Research Center, Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, Mashhad, Iran</em><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Abstract</strong></span><br> <strong>Background:</strong> Considering the importance of complementary health insurance and the necessity of designing a supplementary insurance model for the health system of the country, the purpose of this study is to design a complementary health insurance model appropriate to the health system in Iran.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This is a comparative-qualitative study. In the first stage, the selected countries were identified and compared in comparative matrices in a comparative study on the various dimensions of complementary treatment insurance in these countries. Based on matrix results, questionnaire interviewing questions in dimensions (organization and management, population coverage, method of determining the premium, method of reimbursement of expenses, number of insured, and method of financing the insurance) was designed, and qualitative section was done by content analysis method of contract type. After conducting the interviews, the data were analyzed through content analysis method and MAXQDA V. 10 software.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>Major challenges mentioned by the experts are organization and management, oversight mechanisms, information system, cultural issues, economic issues, the basis for population coverage, covered services, the method of determining the premium, and the method of reimbursement.<br> <strong>Conclusions:</strong> Paying attention to the challenges posed by the experts and determining the details of implementing a complementary health insurance model for Iran, and based on the experiences of lightweight countries in this field, the views of national experts can help supplement health insurance in the country.<br> <strong>Keywords:</strong> Health Insurance; Complementary Health Insurance; Supplementary Health Insurance <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width:726px;height:69px;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Please cite this article as follows:</strong></span><br> Vafaee Najar A, Hooshmand E*.
