fa بررسی رضایتمندی بیماران از کاهش میزان پرداختی بیماران بستری طرح تحول نظام سلامت A Survey on Patients Satisfaction from Reducing Payment in Patients Admitted to the Health Care Plan عمومى General پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: justify;"></div><div style="text-align: center;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: اهمیت توجه به سطح رضایت بیماران از طرح تحول نظام سلامت، نقش مؤثری در برنامه‌ریزی‌های مدیریتی دارد.این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان رضایتمندی بیماران بستری در بیمارستان‌های دولتی شهر تهران از کاهش میزان پرداختی بیماران طرح تحول نظام سلامت می‌باشد. روش کار: این پژوهش به صورت توصیفی مقطعی در نیمه نخست سال 1394 انجام شد.جامعه پژوهش، بیماران بیمارستان دولتی شهر تهران می‌باشند. نمونه‌گیری به روش چند مرحله‌ای انجام شد (500 بیمار). ابزار گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته است که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط آزمون همبستگی، تحلیل عاملی و فریدمن با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS ویرایش 22 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده از آزمون تحلیل عاملی بسته خدماتی با 3/87% بیش‌ترین نقش و انجام به موقع خدمات پاراکلینیکی با 8/74% کم‌ترین نقش، همچنین بر اساس آزمون فریدمن میزان پرداختی بیماران (شهری) با نمره میانگین و انحراف معیار 97/10، 682/0 و دسترسی خدمات پاراکلینیکی با90/10، 763/0بیش‌ترین نقش را بر رضایتمندی بیماران از طرح تحول نظام سلامت (بسته فرانشیز) در بیمارستان‌های دولتی داشته است. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که کاهش میزان پرداختی بیماران بستری ایجاد نشاط، کاهش آلام ناشی از ناچیز بودن هزینه‌های درمان وگسترش عدالت در سلامت از پیامدهای مثبت برنامه به شمار می‌رود در نتیجه طرح تحول نظام سلامت نقش مهمی را در رضایتمندی بیماران بستری دارد و باعث کاهش دغدغه‌های بهداشتی درمانی مردم شده است.</div> <div style="text-align: center;">A Survey on Patients Satisfaction from Reducing Payment in Patients Admitted to the Health Care Plan  </div> Mona Omidi (Student MSc) 1, Mojtaba Hosseini (MD, PhD) 2*, Ali Maher  (PhD) 3 <div style="text-align: center;"> 1 Health Care Management, Department of Health Services Management, College of Management and Social Science, Tehran North Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran 2 Department of Health Services Management, College of Management and Social Science, Tehran North Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran 3 Assistant Professor, School of Medical Education, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences & Assistant Professor,Department of Health Services Management North Tehran Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Abstract Introduction: The importance of considering patients’ satisfaction with the health system development plan has an effective role in management planning. The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction rate of hospitalized patients in Tehran’s public hospitals as a reduction in the rate of payment for patients in the health system reform plan. Methods: This was a descriptive cross-sectional study conducted in the first half of 1394. The research community is the patients of the Tehran State hospital. A multi-stage sampling (500 patients) was performed. The data gathering tool was a researcher made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed. Data analysis was done by SPSS software version 22 using correlation, factor analysis, and Friedman test. Results: Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that reducing the amount of hospitalized patients to make vitality, reducing illness due to the insignificant costs of treatment, and enhancing equity in health is a positive consequence of the program. As a result, the health system development plan plays an important role in patient satisfaction and has reduced the health concerns of people.
