fa بررسی رضایتمندی مادران پس از زایمان از بسته ترویج زایمان طبیعی طرح تحول نظام سلامت Analysis on Satisfaction of Mothers from the Healthcare Reformation Plan After Childbirth عمومى General پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: center;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> چکیده مقدمه: تحول در نظام سلامت زمانی به هدف اصلی خود دست خواهد یافت که بیماران رضایتمندی قابل‌قبولی از ساختار جدید در حوزه درمان داشته باشند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان رضایتمندی زنان پس از زایمان از ترویج زایمان طبیعی طرح تحول  نظام سلامت می‌باشد. روش کار: این پژوهش به‌صورت توصیفی مقطعی در نیمه نخست سال 1394 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش، بیماران بیمارستان دولتی شهر تهران می‌باشند. نمونه‌گیری به‌روش چند مرحله‌ای انجام شد (200 بیمار). ابزار گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته‌ای است که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها توسط آزمون فریدمن با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS ویرایش 22 انجام شد. یافته‌ها: با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده ازآزمون فریدمن مشخص شد فضای فیزیکی بخش‌های زایمان با نمره میانگین 63/2 و انحراف معیار 22/1 اولین رتبه یعنی بیش‌ترین نقش همچنین دانش و عملکرد تیم زایمان با نمره میانگین 42/2 و انحراف معیار 29/1 کم‌ترین نقش را بررضایتمندی مادران از طرح تحول نظام سلامت (بسته ترویج زایمان طبیعی) در بیمارستان‌های دولتی داشته است. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که فضای فیزیکی بخش‌های زایمان و برگزاری کلاس‌های آمادگی زایمان برای مادران باردار جهت ترویج فرهنگ طبیعی بودن فرایند بارداری و زایمان از عوامل مهم رضایتمندی از بسته ترویج زایمان طبیعی در بیمارستان‌های دولتی به ‌شمار می‌رود. گل‌واژگان: طرح تحول نظام سلامت، زایمان طبیعی، بیمارستان‌های دولتی  </div> <div style="text-align: center;">Analysis on Satisfaction of Mothers from the Healthcare Reformation Plan After Childbirth</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Omidi M (MSc)1, Hosseini M (MD, PhD) 2*, Maher A (PhD) 3</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> 1 Master of Science, Department of Health Services Management, Islamic Azad University, Research Branch, Tehran, Iran 2 Assistant Professor, Department of Health Services Management, North Tehran Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran 3 Assistant Professor, School of Medical Education, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences & Assistant Professor, Department of Health Services Management North Tehran Branch, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Abstract Introduction: The transformation of the health system will achieve their main goal time in patient satisfaction, where the new structure in the area of treatment is acceptable. This study aimed to evaluate the satisfaction of women after the delivery of healthcare reform plan to promote labor. Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted in the first half of 1394. The study population included patients in public hospitals in Tehran. Multi-stage sampling was performed (200 patients). The data collection tool was a valid and reliable questionnaire, which was approved. Analysis of the data by factor analysis and Friedman test was performed using the SPSS software, version 22. Results: Based on the results, it can be concluded hat the physical space of the maternity ward and fitness classes for pregnant women to promote the process of pregnancy and labor are the main factors of satisfaction natural packs is the promotion of labor in public hospitals.
