fa بررسی وضعیت سیستم اطلاعات بیماران دیالیزی کشور Study on the status of information system for dialysis patients in the Country پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: center;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> چکیده مقدمه: نیاز متخصصین نفرولوژی به دسترسی سریع به اطلاعات مربوط به دیالیز، با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات دیالیز برآورده می‌شود. سیستم اطلاعات دیالیز (DIS)، یک سیستم مدیریت داده‌های دیالیز می‌باشد که به‌منظور بهبود عملکرد بخش‌های دیالیز طراحی شده است. روش کار: در این پژوهش گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از چک‌لیست و پرسشنامه انجام گردید، سپس اطلاعات حاصل از بررسی وضعیت سیستم اطلاعات بیماران دیالیزی با استفاده از آمار توصیفی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و در قالب یافته‌های پژوهش ارایه گردید. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که در حال حاضر یک سیستم اطلاعاتی کامپیوتری یکپارچه بیماران دیالیزی در کشور وجود ندارد وسیستم‌های اطلاعات موجود اکثراً از نوع نیمه مکانیزه می‌باشند. نتیجه‌گیری: باعنایت به ضرورت، اهمیت و کاربرد اطلاعات مربوط به بیماران دیالیزی، به‌منظور جلوگیری از اشتباهات، تصمیم‌گیری برای برنامه درمانی بهتر و عملکردهایی که موجب نتایج بهتر برای بیماران می‌شود، پیاده‌سازی سیستم اطلاعات دیالیز به‌صورت جامع و یکپارچه می‌تواند گام مؤثری در جهت ساماندهی اطلاعات بیماران دیالیزی، ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات درمانی ارایه شده به آنان و ارایه تمهیدات لازم جهت اقدامات پیشگیرانه بوده و به تبع آن در نهایت، بهبود سلامت جامعه را در پی خواهد داشت. گل‌واژگان: دیالیز، سیستم اطلاعات دیالیز، سیستم مدیریت دیالیز، مدیریت اطلاعات دیالیز</div> <div style="text-align: center;">Study on the status of information system for dialysis patients in the Country</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Farkhondeh Asadi (PhD)1 , Hamid Moghaddasi (PhD)2 , Reza Rabiei (PhD)3, Somayeh Malekzadeh (MSc)4*</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> 1 Associate Professor, Health Information Management, Department of The Department of Librarianship and Medical Informatics, School of Allied Medical Sciences, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran 2 Associate Professor, Health Information Management and Medical Informatics, Department of The Department of Librarianship and Medical Informatics, School of Allied Medical Sciences, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran,Iran 3 Assistant Professor, Medical Informatics, Department of The Department of Librarianship and Medical Informatics, School of Allied Medical Sciences, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran 4 Health Information Technology, School of Allied Medical Sciences, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> Abstract Introduction: The nephrology professionals who need quick access to information on dialysis are satisfied using dialysis information systems. The Dialysis Information System (DIS) is a Dialysis data management system that has been designed to improve the performance of the dialysis wards. Methods: In this research ,data collection was done using a checklist and questionnaire .Then ,the data was obtained from the survey on the status of dialysis patients ’information system ,analyzed using descriptive statistics ,and presented in the form of research findings. Results: The research findings indicate that currently there is no computerized information system on integrated dialysis patients in our country and the existing information systems are often semi-mechanized. Conclusion: According to the necessity ,importance ,and the application of information related to dialysis patients ,in order to avoid errors ,decision making on a better treatment plan ,and the performance that leads to better outcomes for patients ,implementing a comprehensive and integrated information system for dialysis can be an effective step towards organizing information on dialysis patients ,improving the quality of medical services provided to them ,and providing necessary preventive measures .Therefore ,it will ultimately lead to improved public health.
