fa ابزار خانواده‌محور برای ارزیابی ایمنی منزل برای کودکان Family-based tool to assess home safety for children پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: center;"></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"> چکیده مقدمه: ایمنی مقوله پیچیده‌ای است که ارتباط مستقیمی با سلامت دارد،کودکان به دلیل ماهیت کنجکاوی و جستجوگرانه رفتارهایشان خطرآمیز بوده و منجر به آسیب و حتی مرگ آنها می‌گردد. ایمنی نگرشی است که در رفتار تأثیر داشته و محیط را تا حد ممکن برای کودکان ایمن می‌سازد به‌ویژه برای کودکان زیر 5 سال که نیاز به مراقبت بیش‌تری داردند. این مطالعه با تولید ابزار کمک شایانی به سنجش ایمنی منزل برای کودکان به خانواده‌ها نموده است. روش کار: مطالعه حاضرمقطعی بوده با تولید ابزار خودساخته بعد از مرور متون، نظر متخصصین، دلفی و انجام پایلوت ابزار سنجش ایمنی منزل برای کودکان زیر 5 سال را تدوین نموده است. این ابزار در بین خانواده‌های منقطه ایوانک با کمک داوطلبین و با نوآوری کارنامه بازخوردی به‌صورت جامعه محور انجام گردیده است. یافته‌ها: مطالعه حاضرمنجر به تهیه چک‌لیست 5 حیطه‌ای 84 سؤالی برای سنجش ایمنی منزل برای کودکان است که نتایج به‌صورت کارنامه ایمنی انفرادی تنظیم گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: ضرورت ارتقاء ایمنی منزل برای کودکان و نیاز به داشتن ابزار سنجش کمی وضعیت ایمنی از نیازهای جامعه است که این چک‌لیست ارزیابی ایمنی تلاش نموده تا حد امکان از جامعیت و بومی بودن برخوردار باشد و می‌تواند کمکی برای سیاست‌گذاران حوزه سلامت در آموزش خانواده‌ها برای ارتقاء ایمنی وکاهش آسیب کودکان باشد که به‌صورت عینی مفهوم ایمنی را در حیطه‌های مختلف شفاف نموده است. گل‌واژگان: ایمنی، کودک، ابزار، خطر، خانواده‌محور</div> <div style="text-align: center;">Family-based tool to assess home safety for children  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Leila Mohammadinia(PhD Candidate)1, Hossein Malekafzali (MD,PhD)2*, Davoud Khorasani-Zavareh (MD, PhD)3, Payam Roshanferk (PhD Student)4</div> <div style="text-align: center;"> 1 Department of Disaster Public Health, School of Public Health, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran. The safety approach affects the behavior of the family in improving home safety, especially for under five children who need more attention. This study produced a home safety assessment tool for children to help families in this way. Methods: This is a cross sectional study that produced a home safety assessment tool after reviewing the literature as well as using expert’s opinions such as Delphi and pilot study for under five children The Tool evaluated the safety of family homes in the Eyvanak area of Tehran. Then, the record of innovation feedback to the families and volunteers for community-based interface of the residents was done. Results: This study led to the preparation checklist with 5 domains and 84 questions to assess home safety for children under 5. After evaluating the cross-sectional in Tehran, the results for the records of safety for each of the children has been set. Conclusion: The necessity to improve home safety for under 5 children and the need to have a tool to assess the safety of the community needs assessment. This safety checklist tried to have the integrity and indigenous as much as possible and can help health policy makers in educating the families to promote safety and reduce children damage by this objective and clear aspects of safety concept.
