fa ارزیابی آمادگی الکترونیکی سازمان بهداشت و درمان صنعت نفت برای استقرار و توسعه سلامت الکترونیکی عمومى General پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">دریافت: 14/7/95 &nbsp;&nbsp;پذیرش: 16/10/95</span></span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b roya;"><span style="font-size:15.0pt;"><span style="color:#0000FF;">چکیده</span></span></span></strong><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong></span><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;">امروزه پذیرش فناوری‌های اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی جدید با هدف بهبود کیفیت و افزایش دسترسی به خدمات مراقبت پزشکی، کاهش هزینه‌ها و دسترسی آسان به تجربیات متخصصان خبره انجام می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی آمادگی الکترونیکی سازمان بهداشت و درمان صنعت نفت برای استقرار و توسعه سلامت الکترونیکی است.</span></strong><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">روش کار:</span></span></strong></span> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;">داده‌های تحقیق از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مبتنی بر مبانی نظری جمع‌آوری شده است. جامعه آماری شامل آن دسته از متخصصان سازمان بهداشت و درمان صنعت نفت در مناطق 20‌گانه آن اعم از پزشکان، پرستاران، کارشناسان واحد انفورماتیک و مدیران است که با موضوع پژوهش مرتبط‌اند. پس از ویرایش 114 پرسشنامه قابل تحلیل گردآوری شده است. روایی سازه‌های مدل تحقیق با روش تحلیل عاملی و نرم‌افزار لیزرل نسخه 8.80 تأیید شده است. همچنین برای اطمینان از پایایی پرسشنامه از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ ( 9/.) استفاده شده است.</span></strong><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> </span><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;">نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه‌ها نشان می‌دهد که سازمان مورد مطالعه در ابعاد هسته، فناوری، یادگیری، اجتماعی و سیاسی آمادگی نسبتاً مطلوبی برای استقرار سلامت الکترونیکی دارد. اما در بعد پذیرش، آمادگی در حد مطلوب نیست.</span></strong><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></span></strong></span><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;">از جمله دلایل تأیید اکثر فرضیه‌های پژوهش می‌توان به تأکید مدیریت عالی سازمان بر هدف‌گذاری سازمان در استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات جهت برنامه‌ریزی و ارایه خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی به ارباب رجوع و وجود پروتکل‌های مناسب برای استقرا سلامت الکترونیک در سازمان اشاره کرد.</span></strong><br> <br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">گل‌واژگان: </span></span></span></strong></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">سلامت الکترونیکی، آمادگی الکترونیکی، سازمان بهداشت و درمان صنت نفت</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: center;"><strong>E-readiness Assessment of Oil Industry Health Care Organization to Enter E-health</strong></div> Mehdi Kazemi^1* (PhD), Seyed Saeed Javadi Beihaghi² (MSc), Hosein Ghasemzadeh³ (MD)<br> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: center;"><em>¹Associated professor of Sistan & Balouchestan university, Department of Management, Faculty of Management and Economic, University of Sistan and Baluchestan,Zahedan, Iran<br> ²Master of Science in Information Technology Management, North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences, Bojnord, Iran<br> ³ Director of Planning of smart cards helth in Petrolum Industry Helth Organization, Tehran, Iran</em><br> &nbsp;</div> <div><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Abstract</strong></span></div> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Introduction:</strong></span> Today, the new information and communication technologies aim at improving the quality and increasing the access to health care services, reducing the costs, and ease of access to the experiences of experts. The current study aimed at assessing the E-readiness of Oil Industry Health Care Organization in order to enter E-health<br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Methods:</strong></span> The data were collected through a self-designed questionnaire based on theoretical framework. The study population included the health professionals in the 20&rsquo;s the oil industry, including physicians, nurses, informatics specialists and managers related to the research subject. After editing, 114 questionnaires were collected.
