fa طراحی حداقل مجموعه داده‌های صدمات سوختگی در ایران عمومى General پژوهشی Original <div style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">دریافت: 5/7/95&nbsp;&nbsp; پذیرش: 8/10/95</span></span></span></strong></div> <a id="OLE_LINK3" name="OLE_LINK3"><br> <br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong></span></a><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">صدمات سوختگی از رایج‌ترین و ویرانگرترین صدمات در سراسر جهان و بخصوص در کشورهای در حال توسعه است. با این وجود، ابزار استانداردی برای گردآوری داده‌های صدمات سوختگی ایجاد نشده است. هدف این مطالعه طراحی حداقل مجموعه داده‌ها برای صدمات سوختگی است.</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="color:#0000FF;"><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">روش کار:</span></span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی بوده و در سال 1393 انجام شد. داده‌ها از بیمارستان‌های آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران و هرمزگان، مراکز اسناد پزشکی، مراکز اورژانس و مراکز پزشکی قانونی شهر بندرعباس و به علاوه از طریق اینترنت و منابع کتابخانه‌ای گردآوری شد. پرونده‌های مورد مطالعه به‌صورت تصادفی بر اساس رده‌های </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">T20-T29</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> از </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">ICD-10</span></span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از چک‌لیست گردآوری شد. به منظور رسیدن به توافق در مورد عناصر داده‌ای از تکنیک دلفی تصمیم از طریق پرسشنامه استفاده شد. اعتبار محتوا و پایایی پرسشنامه به ترتیب با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان و روش بازآزمایی ارزیابی شد.</span></span></strong><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong> </span><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">حداقل مجموعه داده‌ای برای صدمات سوختگی طراحی گردید. این حداقل مجموعه داده به دو رده اداری و بالینی تقسیم شد. رده اداری متشکل از 6 بخش و 161 عنصر داده‌ای و رده بالینی نیز متشکل از 17 بخش و 311 عنصر داده‌ای بود.</span></span></strong><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong></span> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">عناصر داده‌ای یک‌‌شکلی در مورد صدمات سوختگی در ایران وجود نداشت. طراحی حداقل مجموعه داده منجر به استاندارسازی و مدیریت مؤثر داده‌ها از طریق فراهم کردن عناصر داده‌ای یک‌شکل و جامع برای صدمات سوختگی شده و امکان مقایسه اطلاعات در سطوح مختلف، تصمیم‌گیری و سیاست‌گذاری اثربخش و پیشگیری از صدمات سوختگی امکان‌پذیر خواهد شد. به‌علاوه، کنترل صدمات سوختگی منجر به بهبود کیفیت مراقبت و کاهش هزینه‌ها خواهد شد. </span></span></strong><br> <br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">کلیدواژگان:</span></span></span></strong></span> <a name="OLE_LINK34"><strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">حداقل مجموعه داده، سوختگی، صدمات</span></span></span></strong></a> <div style="text-align: center;"><strong>Designing a Minimum Data Set for Burn Injuries in Iran</strong><br> &nbsp;</div> Maryam Ahmadi (PhD) ¹, Jahanpour Alipour (PhD)^2*, Ali Mohammadi (PhD)³ <div style="text-align: center;"><em>¹ PhD of Health Information Management, Professor, Department of Health Information Management, School of Heath Management and Information Sciences, Iran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran<br> ² PhD of Health Information Management, Assistant professor, Health Promotion Research Center, Zahedan University of Medical Sciences, Zahedan, Iran<br> ³PhD of Health Information Management, Assistant professor, Health Information Technology Department, School of Paramedical, Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, Kermanshah, Iran</em><br> <br> &nbsp;</div> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Abstract</strong></span><br> <br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> </span>Burn injuries are the most common and destructive injuries worldwide, especially in the developing countries. Nevertheless, a standard tool to collect the data of burn injury is not developed yet. The current study aimed at designing a minimum data set (MDS) for burn injuries in Iran.<br> <strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">Methods:</span></strong> The current descriptive and cross sectional study was performed in 2014. Data were collected from public hospitals of Hormozgan province, Iran, the hospitals affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences, healthcare, emergency, and forensic medicine centers in Bandar Abbas, in addition to online databases. Records were randomly selected based on T20-T29 categories from the International Classification of Diseases (ICD)-10. Data were collected using a checklist. The decision Delphi technique was applied to make a consensus about the data elements. The content validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assessed by expert&rsquo;s opinions and test-retest method, respectively.<br> <strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">Results:</span></strong> An MDS of burn injuries was developed. The MDS was divided into 2 categories of administrative and clinical with 6 and 17 sections and 161 and 311 data elements, respectively.<br> Conclusion: Comprehensive and uniform data elements about burn injuries was not available in Iran. Development of an MDS resulted in standardization and effective management of the data through providing uniform and comprehensive data elements for burn injuries and comparability of information in various levels and made effective decision-making and policy-making possible.
