fa بررسی میزان موفقیت حاکمیت بالینی در بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران عمومى General پژوهشی Original <div dir="RTL" style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">دریافت: 3/3/95&nbsp;&nbsp; پذیرش: 2/6/95</span></span></span></strong></div> <div dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><br> <strong><span style="color:#0000FF;"><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">مقدمه:</span></span> </span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">اجرای موفقیت‌آمیز حاکمیت بالینی می‌تواند منجر به ارتقای کیفیت و ایمنی خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی و افزایش پاسخگویی مدیران و کارکنان بیمارستان‌ها ‌شود. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین میزان موفقیت حاکمیت بالینی در بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران انجام شد. </span></span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">روش کـار:</span></span> </span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">برای انجام این پژوهش توصیفی، بنیادی و مقطعی از یک پرسشنامه با روایی و پایایی بالا استفاده شد. پرسشنامه‌ها در اختیار مدیران و مسؤولین حاکمیت بالینی 144 بیمارستان شهر تهران قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد. </span></span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> تعداد 92 بیمارستان در این پژوهش شرکت کردند.</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">میزان موفقیت حاکمیت بالینی در این بیمارستان‌ها</span></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">0/71</span></span><span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">2/82 از 5 امتیاز بود. بیشترین میزان موفقیت بیمارستان‌ها در محور تعامل با بیمار و کمترین موفقیت در محور ممیزی بالینی بود. مدیریت و رهبری، ممیزی بالینی و مدیریت اطلاعات بیشترین تأثیر را بر موفقیت حاکمیت بالینی داشتند. میزان تعهد مدیران و کارکنان بیمارستان‌ها در اجرای حاکمیت بالینی در حد متوسط ارزیابی شد. پزشکان در حدود 70% بیمارستان‌ها مشارکت کمتر از متوسط در اجرای حاکمیت بالینی داشتند. بین تعهد مدیران، کارکنان و پزشکان و میزان موفقیت حاکمیت بالینی رابطه آماری معناداری مشاهده شد. </span></span><br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span> </span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">میزان موفقیت حاکمیت بالینی در بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران در حد متوسط بوده است. توجه به نقاط ضعف موجود و رفع آن‌ها به منظور اجرای موفق حاکمیت بالینی ضروری است. بکارگیری مدل مناسب حاکمیت بالینی، مدیریت و رهبری قوی، ایجاد ساختار سازمانی و فرهنگ کیفیتی مناسب، توسعه منابع مورد نیاز و آموزش و توانمندسازی کارکنان در اجرای موفقیت‌آمیز حاکمیت بالینی در بیمارستان‌ها نقش بسزایی دارد. </span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">گل‌‌واژگان:</span></span> </span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">حاکمیت بالینی، موفقیت، بیمارستان، مدیریت کیفیت، ایمنی بیمار </span></span></strong></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><br clear="all" > &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: center;"><strong>A survey of clinical governance success in Tehran hospitals </strong><br> &nbsp;<br> Mosadeghrad AM¹(PhD), Arab M¹(PhD), Shahidi Sadeghi N²<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title="">*</a> (PhD Student)<br> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;<br> ¹<em>Department of Health Management and Economics, School of Public Health, </em><br> <em>Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran.</em><br> ²<em>Department of Health Services Management, School of Health Management and Information Science,</em><br> <em>&nbsp;Iran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran.</em></div> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: center;"><strong>Original Article</strong><br> <strong>Received: 23 May 2016, Accepted: 23 Aug 2016</strong></div> &nbsp;<br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Abstract</strong><br> &nbsp;<br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Introduction:</strong></span> Successful implementation of clinical governance improves the quality and safety of healthcare services and enhances the accountability of managers and employees. This study aimed to examine the success of clinical governance implementation in Tehran hospitals.<br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Methods: </strong></span>A valid and reliable questionnaire was used for the aim of this study. 144 questionnaires were distributed among the hospital managers. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software and descriptive and analytical statistics.<br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Results:</strong></span> 92 questionnaires were returned and analyzed. Clinical governance implementation was moderately successful in Tehran hospitals (the mean score of 2.82 out of 5). The most and least success were achieved in patient involvement and clinical audit respectively. Managers and employees&rsquo; commitment in implementing clinical governance was assessed as moderate. The involvement of about 70 percent of physicians was less than average. There was a statistical meaningful correlation between managers&rsquo; commitment and clinical governance success.<br> <span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong></span> Implementation of clinical governance in Tehran city hospitals was not successful.
