text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بسته‌ی ترویج زایمان طبیعی جدی‌ترین اقدام وزارت بهداشت در طی چند دهه‌ی اخیر در راستای کاهش میزان سزارین می‌باشد. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی این بسته از دیدگاه ذینفعان آن می‌باشد. </span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">روش کـار:</span></span> </strong></span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">این پژوهش یک مطالعه‌ی توصیفی- تحلیلی است که در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کردستان در سال 1394 انجام گرفت. نمونه‌ی پژوهش شامل 73 نفر از ارایه‌دهندگان خدمت و 104 نفر از گیرندگان خدمت بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه‌ی پژوهشگر ساخته بود. از روش‌های آماری توصیفی، آزمون تی مستقل، و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه جهت تحلیل داده‌ها با کمک نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR">SPSS16</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> استفاده شد. </span></span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong><span style="font-family: b roya;"><span style="font-size: 13pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong></span> <span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته‌ها نشان داد که (73-54</span></span><span dir="LTR">CI=</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) 6/60% دریافت کنندگان خدمت اظهار کرده بودند که رایگان بودن زایمان طبیعی، در انتخاب زایمان طبیعی توسط آن‌ها تأثیر داشته است. &laquo;انگیزه برای ترغیب مادران به زایمان طبیعی&raquo; (019/0</span></span><span dir="LTR">p=</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) و &laquo;رضایت از تغییر تعرفه‌ها&raquo; (001/0</span></span><span dir="LTR">p=</span><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) در متخصصان زنان و زایمان به طور معناداری بالاتر از ماماها بود. همچنین تفاوت بین سه گروه (متخصصان زنان و زایمان، ماماها، و متخصصان بیهوشی) از نظر &laquo;میزان رضایت کلی از نحوه‌ی اجرای بسته&raquo; This study was conducted to evaluate the stakeholders&rsquo; opinion about this package.</p> <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods:</strong> This is a descriptive-analytic study which was conducted in hospitals of Kurdistan University of medical science. The samples consisted of 73 health care providers, and 104 service recipients. The researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA were used to analyze the data using SPSS16.</p> <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that %60.6 (CI= 54-73) of service recipients believed that &quot;free vaginal delivery&quot;, affected their choice to have vaginal delivery. The mean score of &quot;incentive to encourage mothers to give normal vaginal delivery&raquo; (p= 0/019) and the &laquo;satisfaction of tariff changes&raquo; (p= 0/001) in Obstetricians and Gynecologists was significantly higher than midwives. The mean score of &quot;overall satisfaction with the implementation of the package&quot; was different significantly among three groups of health care providers (obstetricians and gynecologists, midwives, and anesthetists, and Obstetricians&rsquo; and Gynecologists&rsquo; satisfaction was higher than other groups significantly (p= 0/006).</p> <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> This package has made Obstetricians and Gynecologists to be satisfied largely; also has encouraged pregnant women for normal vaginal delivery. There is room to pay more attention to health workers (as the first contact point of pregnant mothers with service providers), especially midwives and health professionals.
