fa بررسی و ارزیابی نقادانه مطالب منتشر شده در روزنامه‌های پرتیراژ کشور در ارتباط با پرستاری در سال 1392 پژوهشی Original <p style="text-align: center;">دریافت: 4/8/94&nbsp;&nbsp; پذیرش: 28/11/94</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> </span>در سراسر جهان، پرستار یکی از اعضای اصلی تیم سلامت در ارایه خدمات است. با در نظر گرفتن این جایگاه مهم، روزنامه‌ها نقش منحصر به فردی در انعکاس موضوعات مرتبط با این حرفه دارند. این مطالعه، با هدف بررسی نقادانه مطالب روزنامه‌های پر تیراژ کشور در ارتباط با پرستاری &nbsp;در سال 1393انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>روش کـار:</strong></span> در این مقاله به منظور بازیابی مطالب مرتبط، از پایگاه اطلاع‌رسانی سازمان نظام پرستاری، روزنامه‌های پرتیراژ کشور و سایت‌های مربوط به آن‌ها، با کلیدواژه اصلی پرستاری استفاده شد. نمونه‌گیری به صورت سرشماری و تجزیه و تحلیل به روش تحلیل محتوایی (کمی و کیفی) انجام گردید، در مجموع 250 مطلب از 14 روزنامه استخراج و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">یافته‌ها: </span></strong>بر اساس تحلیل کمی داده‌های این پژوهش، 14 روزنامه، مطالب مرتبط با پرستاری را منتشر می‌کنند که روزنامه بازار کار با 47 مطلب و روزنامه کیهان با یک مطلب به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین مطلب را منتشر نموده‌اند. در تحلیل کیفی؛ داده‌ها در قالب شش طبقه اصلی و چندین طبقه فرعی ظهور یافت. طبقات اصلی عبارتند از: مسایل بالینی پرستاران، مسایل رفاهی و معیشتی پرستاران، کمبود نیروی انسانی پرستار، طرح سلامت ایرانیان، خشونت علیه پرستاران و اعتبار اجتماعی پرستاران.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong></span> داده‌های پژوهش نشان داد مطالب منتشر شده در روزنامه‌های پرتیراژ کشور در رابطه با پرستاری، عمدتاً حول محور مطالبات و مشکلات اعضای این حرفه از مسئوولین متمرکز است؛ فعالیت پرستاران به عنوان عضو تیم سلامت در جامعه کم رنگ گزارش شده، و به نقش آنان در سایر محیط‌های ارایه خدمات و سطوح پیشگیری به خوبی اشاره نشده است.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><strong>Critically Evaluation Widely Published Newspapers In Relation to Nursing in 1392</strong></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR">Heydari A¹ (PhD), Zardosht R²<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title="">*</a> (MSC)</p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR">¹<em>Medical-Surgical Nursing Department, School of Nursing and Midwifery, </em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><em>Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, Mashhad, Iran</em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR">² <em>PhD candidate in Nursing, Postgraduate department, School of Nursing and Midwifery, </em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><em>Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, Mashhad, Iran</em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><strong>Original Article</strong></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><strong>Received: 26 Oct 2015, Accepted: 17 Feb 2016</strong></p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Introduction:</strong></span> Nurses are one of the main members of health care team to provide health services, globally. Newspapers have a unique role to reflect the nurses related issues, with regards to their important role. &nbsp;This study was conducted to evaluate critically the nurses&rsquo; related published issued in widely published newspapers in 2014 in Iran.</p> <p dir="LTR"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Methods:</strong></span> The required information was retrieve from the web pages of the Iranian Nursing organization, and newspapers using the main keyword of &ldquo;nursing&rdquo;.&nbsp; All published material was collected (Census method) for data analysis and, data was analyzed using content analysis (qualitative and quantitative). A total number of 250 articles from 14 newspapers were retrieved and analyzed.</p> <p dir="LTR"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Results:</strong></span> Quantitative analysis showed that 14 newspapers published relevant materials to nursing. Bazaar-e-kar newspaper and Keyhan newspaper, with 47 and one news, had the highest and lowest number of publications about nurses, respectively. Six main themes and several categories emerged from qualitative data analysis. The main themes include: nurses clinical issues, welfare and income of nurses, shortages of nurses, Iranian health monitoring project, violence against nurses and social credit.</p> <p dir="LTR"><span style="color:#0000FF;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> </span>The results showed that the content of published materials in newspapers in relation to nursing, focused mostly on their professional problems or demands.
