fa بررسی تأثیر یک برنامه ضد انگ بر مؤلفه‌های انگ‌زنی بر بیماران روانی در بین دانشجویان پرستاری پژوهشی Original <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: center;">دریافت: 27/5/94&nbsp;&nbsp; پذیرش: 17/9/94</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>چکیده</strong></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> انگ‌زنی به بیماران روانی علاوه بر شیوع بالا در بین جمعیت عمومی، در بین افراد ارایه‌دهنده خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی و دانشجویان گروه پزشکی نیز رایج است <a name="OLE_LINK4"></a><a name="OLE_LINK3">و به دلیل کاهش انگیزه مراقبت، نیازمند مداخلات مناسب می‌باشد</a>. این مطالعه برای بررسی تأثیر یک برنامه ضد انگ بر مؤلفه‌های انگ‌زنی بر بیماران روانی در بین دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گرگان انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش کـار: </strong><a name="OLE_LINK6"></a><a name="OLE_LINK5">در این مطالعه تجربی</a>، 43 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری دانشکده پرستاری و مامایی بویه گرگان به روش تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و مداخله تقسیم شدند. برنامه ضد انگ به مدت 10 جلسه به صورت هفته‌ای دو بار انجام شد. پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با استفاده از مقیاس انگ بیماری روانی دی انجام شد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ این مقیاس 81/0 بود. داده‌ها در محیط نرم‌افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">SPSS16</span> با آزمون‌های آماری تی‌مستقل، تی زوجی و تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میانگین و انحراف‌معیار سن در گروه مداخله 75/0&plusmn; 86/21 و در گروه کنترل 61/0&plusmn; 20/21 بود. تعداد دانشجویان دختر در گروه مداخله 19 نفر (6/82%) و در گروه کنترل 17 نفر (0/85%) بود. نمره کل انگ‌زنی در گروه کنترل و مداخله بعد از اجرای مداخله به ترتیب 66/18 &plusmn;60/115 و 36/20 &plusmn;69/93 بود. آزمون تی مستقل نشان داد که اختلاف میانگین نمره کل انگ‌زنی قبل و بعد در گروه کنترل و مداخله معنادار است (05/0><span dir="LTR">p</span>).</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> طراحی برنامه مناسب برای ارایه اطلاعات مناسب مبتنی بر واقعیت‌های موجود در مورد بیماری‌های روانی می‌تواند انگ‌زنی نسبت به این بیماران را کاهش دهد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="RTL">گل‌‌واژگان:</span></strong> <span dir="RTL">انگ‌زنی، برنامه ضد انگ، دانشجو</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><br> &nbsp;</p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><strong>Effects </strong><strong>of an Anti-Stigma Program on Components of Stigma </strong></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><strong>on Patients with Mental Disorders among Nursing <a name="OLE_LINK10"></a><a name="OLE_LINK9">Student</a>s </strong></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR">Asayesh H¹(MSc), Rahmani anaraki H²(MSc), Qorbani M^3,4(PhD), Aliakbarzade Arani Z⁵<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title="">*</a> (MSc)</p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR">¹<em>Medical Emergency <a name="OLE_LINK17"></a><a name="OLE_LINK16">Department</a>, Paramedical Faculty, Qom University of Medical Sciences,Qom, Iran</em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR">²<em>Medical-Surgical Department, Nursing & Midwifery Faculty, Golestan University of Medical Sciences, Gorgan, Iran</em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR">³<a name="OLE_LINK15"></a><a name="OLE_LINK14"><em>Department of Community Medicine, Medical Faculty, Alborz University of Medical Sciences, Karaj, Iran</em></a></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR">⁴<em>Non-Communicable Diseases Research Center, Endocrinology and Metabolism Population Sciences Institute, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran</em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR">⁵<em>Operating Room Department, Paramedical Faculty, Qom University of Medical Sciences. This study was carried out to assess the effect of an anti-stigma program on components of stigma on patients with mental disorders among nursing students.</p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Methods:</strong> In this trial, 43 nursing students of Gorgan School of Nursing and Midwifery were recruited and randomly divided into two control and intervention groups. The anti-stigma program consisted of 10 sessions twice a week. The Day&#39;s Mental Illness Stigma questionnaire was completed by the students at baseline and after the intervention. The Cronbach&#39;s alpha of the scale was 0.79. The data were analyzed in the SPSS-16 using the independent t-test, paired t-test and covariance.</p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Results:</strong> Mean ages were 21.86<span dir="RTL">&plusmn;</span>0.75 and 21.20<span dir="RTL">&plusmn;</span>0.61 in the intervention and control groups, respectively. The number of female students were 19 (6.82%) and 17 (0.85%) in the intervention and control groups.
