fa ارزیابی سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی بر اساس الزامات عمومی در ایران پژوهشی Original <div dir="RTL"> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: center;">دریافت: 22/1/94&nbsp;&nbsp; پذیرش: 4/4/94</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی یکی از ابزارهای مهم در فن‌آوری اطلاعات است که کلیه وظایف و اقدامات فرآیند درمان بیمار شامل تشخیص، درمان، اداری، مالی و پژوهشی را تحت پوشش قرار می‌دهد. هدف این تحقیق، ارزیابی قابلیت سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی بیمارستان‌های ایران بر اساس الزامات عمومی در کشور بود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش کـار: </strong>پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و بررسی توصیفی بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی شرکت‌های فروشنده نرم‌افزارهای بیمارستانی و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، چک‌لیست محقق ساخته بر اساس اهداف پژوهش بود. این ابزار بر اساس مطالعات داخلی (استانداردهای وزارت بهداشت و درمان و بررسی اسناد و اطلاعات سایت‌های شرکت‌های داخلی) و خارجی (فهرست الزامات سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی <span dir="LTR">WHO ,CCHIT</span> و دموها و مقالات انگلیسی) تهیه شد. روایی ابزار بر اساس روش اعتبار محتوایی و دریافت نظرات صاحب‌نظران تعیین و تأیید شد. برای پایایی ابزار و جهت تعیین ثبات چک‌لیست از روش آزمون مجدد استفاده شد. داده‌ها بر اساس چک‌لیست و با استفاده از روش مشاهده شخصی و مصاحبه محقق از مسؤولان انفورماتیک بیمارستان‌ها گردآوری شد. جهت آنالیز آماری از نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS-19</span> &nbsp;استفاده شد و موارد انطباق با چک‌لیست محاسبه و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی (درصد، میانگین و انحراف‌معیار) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> شرکت‌های تراشه هوشمند، رایاوران، علوم پزشکی مشهد به ترتیب با کسب نمره 330، 317 و 292 بالاترین امتیاز کارآیی را کسب نمودند. در زیر مجموعه‌ها، تراشه هوشمند با 04/98% بالاترین امتیاز و طب و رایانه با 71/14% پایین‌ترین امتیاز را کسب کردند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>از آنجایی که سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی به عنوان فن‌آوری اطلاعات در بیمارستان‌ها شناخته شده است و متقاضیان این محصول روبه افزایش است و نیز با توجه به نواقصی که در بعضی از بخش‌های مختلف سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی طراحی شده توسط شرکت‌ها وجود دارد، لازم است سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی مورد بازنگری و تجدید نظر قرار گیرند و خصوصاً از بهینه‌کاوی (<span dir="LTR">Benchmarking</span>) استفاده شود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> </div> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><strong>Assessing the Ability of Hospital Information Systems Regarding the General Requirements in Iran </strong></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR">Mirabootalebi N¹<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title="">*</a> (MSc), Kamalzadeh H² (PhD), Mobaraki H³ (PhD), Azad M⁴ (BSc)</p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR">¹<em>Health Information Management Research Center, Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences, Bandar Abbas, Iran</em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><em>²</em><em> Department of Information Systems, Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences, Bandar Abbas, Iran</em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR">³<em> Department of Management, Faculty of Rehabilitation, Tehran University of Medical Sciences; </em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><em>Human Resources and Logistics Office, Tehran, Iran</em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR">⁴<em> Department of Statistics, Mother and Child Welfare Research Center, Para-Medicine School, </em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><em>Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences, Iran</em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><strong>Original Article</strong></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><strong>Received: 11 Apr 2015, Accepted: 25 June 2015</strong></p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Hospital information system is an information technology tool that covers all diagnostic, therapeutic, administrative, financial and research functions and operations. This study aimed to assess the ability of various hospital information systems in Iran based on the general requirements of the country.</p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Methods:</strong> This study was a functional and descriptive study. The research population included hospital information systems of vendors of hospitals&rsquo; softwares. A researcher-made checklist was designed to collect the data. This checklist was designed using the standards of the Ministry of Health, data from Iranian companies; as well as, the list of requirements for hospital information systems, WHO, CCHIT, and scientific articles. The content validity of the checklist was assessed by experts. The test-retest procedure was used to determine the stability of the checklist. Data were collected using the checklist by observations and interviewing with hospitals` informatics staff. Data were analyzed in the SPSS 19. Those cases that were in harmony with the checklist were analyzed using the descriptive statistics (percentage, mean, and standard deviation).</p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Results:</strong> The highest performance scores were obtained for the Tarasheh Hooshmand (330), Rayavaran (317) and Mashhad University of Medical Sciences (292).
