fa بررسی تأثیر آموزش شیردهی از طریق همتا بر خودکارآمدی شیردهی در مادران نخست‌زا: یک کارآزمایی تصادفی خوشه‌ای پژوهشی Original <div dir="RTL"> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: center;">دریافت: 25/11/93&nbsp;&nbsp; پذیرش: 17/2/94</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> زنان نخست‌زا برای شروع و ادامه شیردهی با چالش‌های زیادی روبرو هستند. خودکارآمدی شیردهی یک متغیر روان‌شناختی و انگیزشی مهم و در عین حال &nbsp;تعدیل‌پذیر برای تداوم تغذیه با شیرمادر است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر آموزش شیردهی از طریق همتا بر خودکارآمدی شیردهی در زنان نخست‌زا انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش کـار: </strong>در این مطالعه کارآزمایی خوشه‌ای، شش مرکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر دامغان به طور تصادفی ساده در دو گروه کنترل و مداخله قرارگرفتند. 107 مادر نخست‌زا از هر مرکز به صورت نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. گروه کنترل، تحت آموزش معمول و استاندارد مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شامل دو جلسه آموزش شیردهی، یک جلسه قبل از زایمان و یک جلسه بعد از زایمان قرار گرفتند ولی گروه مداخله، علاوه بر آموزش‌های معمول، دو جلسه آموزش شیردهی دیگر را از یک همتای واجد شرایط و با دو سال تجربه شیردهی در زمان قبل و بعد از زایمان دریافت کردند. گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی شیردهی دنیس در هفته هشتم پس از زایمان انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های تی مستقل و کای‌دو در سطح معناداری 95% صورت گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> دو گروه از نظر متغیرهای دموگرافیک همگن بودند. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد میانگین نمره خودکارآمدی در گروه مداخله 08/6<span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span> 78/51 و در گروه کنترل 23/6<span dir="LTR">&plusmn;</span> 55/46 می‌باشد. به طوری که میانگین نمره خودکارآمدی در گروه مداخله و کنترل تفاوت معناداری (001/0><span dir="LTR">p</span>) داشتند.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که آموزش شیردهی از طریق همتا موجب افزایش خودکارآمدی شیردهی در زنان نخست‌زای گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل در بازه زمانی هشت هفته پس از مداخله شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"></p> </div> <p style="text-align: justify;"></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><strong>Impact of Peer Education on Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy in Primiparous Women: a Cluster Randomized Controlled Trial </strong></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR" style="text-align: center;">Godarzi Z¹ (MSc.), Saeidi M¹<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title="">*</a> (MSc.), Daneshvar Ameri Z¹ (MSc.), Shamshiri AR² (Ph.D), Sadeghi T³ (Ph.D)</p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR">¹<em>Department of Pediatrics</em> and NICU Nursing<em> Education</em><em>, School of Nursing and Midwifery,</em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><em>&nbsp;Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran</em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><em>²</em><em>Department of Community Oral Health</em><em>, School of Dentistry, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran</em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR">³<em>Department of</em><em> Pediatrics </em>and Neonatal Nursing<em> Education</em><em>,</em> <em>School of Nursing and Midwifery, </em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><em>Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, Mashad, Iran</em></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><strong>Original Article</strong></p> <p align="center" dir="LTR"><strong>Received: 14 Feb 2015, Accepted: 7 May 2015</strong></p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p dir="LTR"></p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Primiparous women who start breastfeeding face with many challenges. Breastfeeding self-efficacy is an important psychological and motivational influencing factor in breastfeeding success. The aim of the present study was to examine the impact of peer education on breastfeeding self-efficacy in primiparous women.</p> <p dir="LTR"><strong>Methods:</strong> This cluster randomized controlled trial was conducted among 107 primiparous women. Six health centers were selected and randomly divided into two control and intervention groups. Women were recruited through consecutive sampling. The control group received two routine educational sessions in the health centers (one session before and one session after childbirth). Intervention group received two more sessions of breastfeeding education before and after delivery from peers that were qualified and experienced two years of successful breastfeeding. Data were collected using the Breastfeeding Self-efficacy questionnaire at eight weeks postpartum.
