fa نقش‌ دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور در توسعه برنامه پزشکی خانواده و نظام ارجاع عمومى General یادداشت سردبیر Editorial <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA">این مقاله به تبیین نقش دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور در توسعه و استقرار برنامه پزشکی خانواده و نظام ارجاع در چارچوب نظام ادغام آموزش و ارائه خدمات سلامت می‌پردازد. محورهای اصلی شامل آموزش و تربیت نیروی انسانی متناسب با مأموریت پزشک خانواده، آموزش مهارت‌های بالینی، ارتباطی و مدیریتی، آموزش مبتنی بر واقعیت‌های جامعه، پشتیبانی از اجرای صحیح نظام ارجاع، انجام پژوهش‌های کاربردی، اجرای پایلوت‌های برنامه، مشارکت در فرهنگ‌سازی و توانمندسازی جامعه، نظارت و ارزیابی کمی و کیفی خدمات، توسعه آموزش‌های مداوم، همکاری در تدوین گایدلاین‌ها و دستورالعمل‌ها، ایجاد زیرساخت‌های اطلاعاتی و دیجیتال، و تقویت تعاملات بین‌بخشی با رویکرد تعیین‌کننده‌های اجتماعی سلامت است. این مجموعه اقدامات، دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی را به بازیگر کلیدی در ارتقای کیفیت خدمات، بهبود کارکرد نظام ارجاع و افزایش اثربخشی برنامه پزشکی خانواده در سطح ملی تبدیل می‌کند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="line-height:2;">This paper describes the roles of Universities of Medical Sciences in Iran in strengthening the family physician program and the referral system within the integrated education and service delivery structure. The main areas include training and capacity building of family physicians and health teams, development of clinical, communication and managerial competencies, community-based education, support for proper functioning of the referral system, applied research and evidence generation, pilot implementation of services, community empowerment and health literacy promotion, quality monitoring and evaluation, continuous professional education, participation in guideline and protocol development, establishment of health information and digital infrastructures, and intersectoral collaboration with a social determinants of health approach.
